Date of Stay:

I stayed at this campground, after I left the park across the interstate. I don't know if it was because I was so unhappy with my previous choice, but this KOA was one of the best ones that I have ever stayed at. The staff is very friendly and their facilities are immaculate. The pads were nice and easy to get into, unlike the ones across the interstate. I will always stay here when I'm passing through the little town of Lake Park.

Date of Stay:

This park calls itself a resort, but it is far from it. One of the young desk clerks was nice and helpful, the other, older one that I had to deal with was bossy and annoying with no customer service skills at all. I caught her rolling her eyes at me behind her glasses several times and all I wanted was the WiFi that they advertised. She told me that she would "reset" the WiFi but it never reached my site. I stayed in a "Super Site" but when I pulled in, I was barely getting any power to my unit. When I went to walk my dog in the dog walk area, the poor thing couldn't get through the foot tall grass. The mens toilets were backed up the entire time that we were here, so the entire bath house smelled terrible. The "maintenance" crew were lazy and everytime I saw them, they were sitting inside the office watching television. If you go to Eagle's Roost for the WiFi, clean bathrooms, or friendly staff, forget it. They've really gone downhill. Stay at the KOA across the interstate. They're cheaper anyway. I will NEVER stay at Eagle's Roost again.
