This KOA is full of long term residents that don't worry about cleaning up their sites. We where in C-8; one of the very few that have a concrete patio. Most sites are dirt and have lots of leaves. Might be OK for a short time, not any place we would want to stay very long.

Date of Stay:

This park is all level with mostly pull-thu's for short time visitors. Owner is very friendly and helpful. Took us to our site. Office is a house about 2 blocks before the park. 50amp/water/sewer all work fine. did not use the wash room, but, did use the laundry. Some long term residents, but their sites where well maintained and clean. This is a great park for seeing the area(Savannah). We would stay here again. we stayed here in a 38ft. motor home-towing.

Typical Florida park. All grass site except the 10 by the pool/office. Put us in B-9. Avoid the B section as it is the lowest point in the park and turns into a mud hole if it rains. Some activities. A lot of French Canadians as usual. These parks are owned by Sun Communities and could be a lot better if they started investing some time and money on the basic features. Probably would not come back here. Rate reflects monthly rate for a month. Staff seemed friendly and helpful. A lot of trees. Pine trees are dripping pitch. Again avoid the B section.

The park is very "Rustic". We are in a MH so we really don't use the Restrooms or the showers. We had a pull thru site, level and hooks where handy. Owners seemed very nice and let us use there own washer and dry while they did some work on the other machines. We stayed 3 nights and will stay again. Rate is PPA rate. (They make a good pizza.)

This park is a diamond in the desert. Park on concrete, 90% are pull throughs, 50 amps, water/sewer. Small trees between sites, picnic tables, sites are nice and wide, 65ft long. We stayed in a 38ft motor home with a tow car. Free Wi-Fi. Would definitely stay again. GREAT PLACE

What a pleasant surprise. Gravel roads and gravel, level sites. Quiet park and a very nice owner. Cash discount. Easy on off freeway and little noise. We did not have to unhook our toad. Would stay again.

Nice quiet park, 1 mile from freeway, easy on off, large pull-throughs, The staff is very friendly and escorts you to your sites. Gravel roads and gravel level sites with grass in between sites. would use again.

We stayed in a 40ft motor home, Passport rate $20 a night. we stayed two nights. Park is 90% long term residents some units are pretty bad and have not been moved or maintained for years ? All gravel sites and level, OK for a short stay. Wi-Fi is pay for, not free. OK for $20, short stay. Not recommended for longer stays. Longer stays look else where? Did not look at restrooms.

We stayed 6 nights with friends. We both had 40 ft motor homes,. Sites are level and long. We were in site 611 and were able to use our satellite; some sites are not able to get satellite due to trees. Owner was very nice and helpful. We would stay again.

This is not a real RV park, it is a day use park for picnics. The road in is narrow and twisty, the sites are VERY short and not level. The bathrooms are not cleaned daily and old. Avoid this if your in anything longer then 10'. They don't tell you this when you talk to them. We stayed in a 38' motor home, never again. You have to wait till the day use parking lot clears out before you can get in or out of your site. Severe steep driveway.

Date of Stay:

E/W/S hook-ups, some are 50amps (4). Cable TV at some sites, not all. Over-night only. Showers and restrooms need a lot of attention, we did not use. We stayed 1 night in a 38 footer. Easy on-off interstate. No more mini-mart at this location ??

Date of Stay:

All sites are back-in and level. 30/50 amps at all posts. It's a short walk to the casino, no shuttle. $15 a night includes continental breakfast, use of the hotel pool, hot tub and work out room. This casino is very clean and only 4 years old. Buffet and restaurant are OK. We stayed four nights in a 38 footer.

We stayed in a large pull-through site with 50 amps and water. Lots of grass and new gravel roads. We found this park in the Passport America book. New owners are doing a great job of keeping the park in good shape. Big rig friendly. Shade or sunny sites available. We would stay again.
