Fort Amarillo RV Resort, Amarillo, Texas

Date of Stay: June, 2010 - $33.00
Overall Rating:

When we first pulled into this park, I was surprised by the lack of shade trees, but I had to remember we were in West Texas, and there aren't many trees. We were here only one night so we weren't able to use all of the facilities. The indoor pool & hot tub were great. We used the restroom and showers next to the pool area. We were very impressed as each shower is set up as a private bath. There was some road noise at night because this park is only about 3/4 of a mile from the interstate, but it is also not as far from town as other parks. We would stay here again. We camped at Fort Amarillo RV Resort in a Travel Trailer.

Durango Riverside Resort & RV Park, Durango, Colorado

Date of Stay: June, 2010 - $60.00
Overall Rating:

We camped here with my 2 grandchildren(11 & 9). They loved the pool and the game room. The facilities were very clean, and the staff was friendly and helpful. The Wi-fi didn't always connect, but we have had the same problem at other parks we have stayed in. Our site was a premium site on the river. I had read some of the other reviews and we almost didn't choose this park but we were so glad that we did. If we return next year we will definitely book our stay here. We camped at Durango Riverside Resort & RV Park in a Travel Trailer.
