Our experience was good. I loved the surrounding area and the fact of being close to Yosemite made our visits delightful. The park is in a good location, it's small but accommodating, and clean. The sites are gravel and appeared to be fairly level. As previously mentioned, no wifii or cell phone signal so we were prepared. It is a very quiet and quaint campground.

This is a pleasant resort. Our RV was on gravel with a small concrete pad by the entry door that made it durable. The pool, jacucci, and gym were nice and clean. It was very quiet at night and the staff were very nice. The winery next door provides free wine tasting and offers lunch & dinner at a reasonable price. The wines are really good. The dog area was nice, wifi worked pretty good, and the breakfasts were nice. This is a good location for an extended stay.

We have stayed in another RV resort in Bakersfield, and this one is nice as well. The park is clean, concrete pad was leveled, dog friendly, and we were very comfortable. Being close to the highway, we didn't hear that much noise. You could pick oranges, staff was professional, and it was easy to enter and exit the park. We will be back because family is near.

This was our 2nd visit and we really love this park. Because this is a popular location, there is a high turnover. During our visit, the winds were really bad. We asked if we could stay another night, the staff was really great and accommodating. Facilities are good, you are in a good location, and easy access to the interstate. Definitely be back.

This is a good campground. Sites are pretty level and spacious; however, no trees. It was quiet, clean, and close to Denver. With a deposit, you can receive a Verizon MiFi device for free WiFi which was strong and good. Definitely will be back.

Nice fairly level sites and clean. Adjacent to I-35 toll booth, therefore, there was some noise. There was a pet area and shopping nearby. This was a little pricey for what you get.

Mostly long-term tenants, pretty close to each other, and no dog park. Very quiet, clean, the people were friendly, and the laundry facility was appreciated.

The sites are spacious and the pet area was nice. The kid play area was nice also. The winds were notorious the day I checked in and the clerk thanked me for not mentioning it to her. This was an overnight stop and I was very comfortable. This was a clean and nice park.

This was one of the best State Parks I ever stayed at. Agreeing with the others this was a very nice, quiet, clean, and spacious park. The falls and trails were delightful. If State Parks are as nice as this one, I plan to visit them more. Definitely will be back

The park was quiet, clean, and close enough to the highway without the highway noise. There was no hot water on the shower I used. Good for an overnight stay as well as seeing the crater.

This was a surprised. The staff was nice and pleasant. The park was spacious, nicely landscaped, dog friendly, level concrete pads, quiet, and more. Very accommodating - we will definitely be back.

Agreeing with the reviewers' comments on how beautiful and nice this RV park is. I just want to add that entering and exiting the park is a breeze. This is a popular RV park, therefore, it's very busy so expect some noise, however, it's quite at night. Definitely will be back.

The location makes this a nice RV park. It’s very kid, family, pet, and couple friendly. I’m not going to comment on the rate but I will say paying an additional “daily camping tax” made the small things noticeable (i.e. paying $10 a day with a $40 dollar cash deposit to rent a fire pit). Like I said, this park is in a good location allowing you to do fun and wholesome things. We will be back to do more things in the area.

This was our first stay at a California State Park and we were very impressed. The trees, the views of the bay, and nearby shops/restaurants made our experience great. And to top it off, we had water, electric, and a Wi-Fi signal. This is a prime location to me and there’s so much to do here to include relaxing. We don’t know if the rate is considered expensive for a state park such as this, but we felt we got what we paid for here. Definitely we will be back.

I must admit I like going to nice and upscale RV campgrounds that have scenic views and are in prime locations. That’s how this website lured us in. This RV campground did offer a scenic view, restrooms were clean, and the grounds were maintained, however, that was it. Most RV campgrounds offer the same if not more. Our concrete site was not level (this was the first time we had trouble leveling our RV); you could really hear the hwy noise at night, and like some mentioned, it’s overpriced. My niece came and visited with us and we had a great time. She helped us get over the shock that we paid that much for ordinary. We would come back only if they have a 'buy one night and get one night free' offer.
