Small, no frills park. Manager was very friendly and helpful. Lots of grass and FHUs. Located next to a great restaurant/bar. Had a wonderfull T Bone one day and great piece of pie the next. Great location for fishing the Big Hole. I would definitely stay here again. Loved the area along the Big Hole River.

Very nice setting. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Sites were very close together. Rigs are parked in the 50 amp sections in alternate directions. On the driver's side of the trailer, my slide was within a foot of the neighbor'slide. On the passenger side (door side) I shared about 6 ft wide space of grass with my neighbor. When they invited a group of 8 friends to their site, it felt like I was intruding. Other available sites were too small for my rig. Just too tight.

Stayed here over Labor Day weekend. Every site filled but it didn't feel crowded. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Nice long sites. Lots of green grass. Great fly fishing up the Boulder river; and the Yellowstone River was only a couple miles away. I will definitelybstay here again.

This is a great spot to spend the night. Only one other camp site taken. Very quiet. Lots of grass and places to walk the dog and stretch our legs. Campground had been winterized so only electric was available (although I was able to dump my grey tanks at the dump station. I will definitely stay there again.

Just a parking lot with an electric outlet at the curb. No space between sites. Less than desirable.

Park was very neat and clean. Sites were very long and good separation between sites. Lots of grass and it was very quiet. Would definitely stay here again.

Nice state park close to the water. Highway is close, but with the windows closed the noise is not too noticeable. Being mid week and cool weather, the campground was not busy and consequently quiet. Again, given the temp and the inability to utilize the lake, it would be nice if the price was a little lower. Otherwise, nice spot just north of SLC.

Nice campground. Have stayed 2X previously - again on our way south for the winter. Each time has been during cool/cold weather in October. Staff was friendly and helpful. Shower room was spotless and inviting at 6:00 am. Will stay here again, but would appreciate a "cool weather rate" when the weather prevents one from fully using the facility. Otherwise, no complaints at all. Would really like to stay here during nice weather so I could enjoy everything the area has to offer.

Nice small campground. My site was right on the Clearwater River. Sites were close together, but fortunately there was no one on either side of me. Next to federal land and nice trails. Owners and staff were very friendly. Would definitely stay there on future trips through the area.

Very nice park. Staff was extremely helpful and cooperative. We stayed for two months and really enjoyed the park. Park had many activities, and the park was well cared for. Lots of trees, and plenty of space between sites. Mid way between Rockport and Aransas Pass. Only concern was limited cell service.

Very nice, uncrowded park. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Sites are roomy and each site backs up to a lake. Obviously designed for fishermen, it has it's regular clientele for weekends and winter stays. Loved the local restaurants and friendly people. Will return in December when again traveling through the area.

Beautiful campground and park. Great sites with FHUs and partially obscured view of the lake. Stayed in October and enjoyed the changing of the leaves. Only two negatives. 1. Significant drive from Interstate if you're only staying one night. 2. Swimming is not allowed in the lake: but they do have a pool. Loved the park and hope to return for multiple nights.

Worst park I have paid to stay in. I agree with the three previous reviews. Only wish I had read them before I pulled into the park. Never should have stayed. Park is very run down and housed what appears to be numerous long term, dislocated individuals. Definitely felt like an unsafe park. Initially I was impressed with the "gated community" aspect. Then feared that I was housed in a very unsafe community. Please do NOT stay here.

Nice little park; friendly staff; laundry room and restrooms were very clean and well kept. Quiet even though close to the interstate. Park wasn't even half full due to the season so we had lots of room. Nice trees for shade. Nice playground for kids. Lots of grass for walking dog. Would definitely stay again if passing through.

Not a resort park, but it was convenient, clean and quiet. We were in Bismarck visiting my son. Didn't spend a lot of time in the park; but appreciated the large field behind our site to walk the dog. Park was not full even though it was the weekend, so we didn't feel crowded. Would definitely stay here again. Great price compared to the local KOA which was almost twice the price.
