The only full service campground in the Galena area. Camped over Labor day week-end. Campground was extremely full and busy. Campsites are tightly packed, parking lot style. Amenities are okay--bathrooms primitive but fairly clean (except the day there was glass all over the floor of the ladies bathroom for most of the morning). Owners were not friendly and were rude and un-apologetic about a reservation error. Wouldn't discourage anyone from staying since it is the closest camping location to old Galena, but just don't expect much.

Though camping is a bit tight, the campground amenities are excellent, both clean and well maintained. It's a prima spot if you or anyone in your family is a fisherman. The campground attractions are suited best to kids 12 and under. The only problem is how to take in all Kamp Dels has to offer in a stay shorter than 4 nights. Bathrooms were very clean and (the ladies) very nice. There is shade on most sites. My children (3 and 8) had a wonderful, memorable time. Definitely worth a return visit.

This was my second and third time staying at this resort (going and coming back). My friend had never been here, but she was mighty impressed. I was in a 22 ft MH, my friend in a 30 ft fifth wheel. We had four children between us (ages 15 mos to 14 years), and it was just us girls. I loved it my first trip, and we collectively loved it this time as well. Friendly staff, immaculately clean baths, well stocked store, lovely pool and AWESOME play structure (all four kids couldn't get enough.) On our return trip the kids couldn't wait until we got back. We took advantage of the delivered pizza that is made right in the park (very good and and two large at $15 fed all of us), and the pancake breakfast saturday morning. Staff couldn't have been more nice, fun and helpful. This could be a vacation destination all in itself. Will definitely come back. We were told by a staff member that the park was bought by a new owner last year and there are a lot of changes going on even now. I believe anyone that stopped there prior to 2005 may have experienced a different sort of campground. I highly recommend!

Beautiful bike trails, hiking, fishing, boating and sand beach on Green Bay. The lovely tourist town of Fish Creek 1/2 mile from park entrance. Easy bike ride to town from campground. Very well maintained with large, wooded campsites. Plenty of activities in campground. Highly recommend.
