Camp Sandusky, Sandusky, Ohio

Date of Stay: June, 2010 - $42.00
Overall Rating:

We made a reservation in advance and when we arrived at the park the space was too small for us, so we were given different site to pay difference. The power was on and off during our stay, the water line was accidentally cut so we had no water for hours. I looked out my window and thought I saw a cat, but no it was a family of rats living under the third cabin in front of us. At night the skunks spray their perfume. There are lots and lots of trees, so many it may hinder you from entering and leaving your site. The water tasted like bleach so we used bottled water the whole stay. We camped at Camp Sandusky in a Fifth Wheel.

AA Royal Motel & Campground, North Tonawanda, New York

Date of Stay: June, 2010 - $49.00
Overall Rating:

We arrived at this park in June. The staff super friendly and helpful. We were interested in Niagara Falls and the office booked a tour for us. The wireless internet was great! The sites are spacious and very well kept grounds. The pup liked it here as well. We only wished we could have stayed longer but needed to continue on our journey. I can't express how pleased we were with our stay. We camped at AA Royal Motel & Campground in a Fifth Wheel.

Griff's Valley View RV Park & Campground, Altoona, Iowa

Date of Stay: June, 2010 - $29.00
Overall Rating:

It was quite difficult to find this park, as it and the office are at 2 separate locations. The park itself was clean and well kept large sites for big rigs. It would have helped to have had a map of the area but none was provided. There is a fee for the internet. We camped at Griff's Valley View RV Park & Campground in a Fifth Wheel.
