Casini Ranch Family Campground, Duncans Mills, California

Date of Stay: November, 2016 - $65.00
Overall Rating:

Stayed in a riverfront site. Water, electric, and cable but no sewer. Spot was large and clean with picnic table and fire ring. Staff could not be nicer. Place is always full so book in advance. A little pricy. Extra charges for everything. We camped at Casini Ranch Family Campground in a Fifth Wheel.

Reno KOA at Boomtown, Verdi, Nevada

Date of Stay: June, 2010 - $38.00
Overall Rating:

This is nothing more than a parking lot right off the freeway. We stayed 1 night while traveling to San Francisco. We arrived about 5PM and the office was closed (at 4PM). The sites are black top, a picnic on the black top, and a 10ft square of grass (ours had dog droppings on it.) The only good thing about this park is the Cabelas store next door. Won't be staying here again. We camped at Reno KOA at Boomtown in a Fifth Wheel.

Water's Edge RV Resort, Cascade, Idaho

Date of Stay: June, 2010 - $27.00
Overall Rating:

Nice park in a quiet town located right on the Payette river. Sites are gravel and are a little tight, but still had room for slides and picnic table. We had a pull through site facing the river. Clean showers and restrooms. Free use of canoes and other water toys at the beach. Wi-Fi didn't work at our site, but did near the office. All in all this is a nice park and I would stay again. We camped at Water's Edge RV Resort in a Fifth Wheel.
