J & H RV Park (55 + Park), Flagstaff, Arizona

Date of Stay: July, 2016 - $43.00
Overall Rating:

We stayed five weeks in Site #4 and could not have been more pleased. This is a wonderful RV park. Sites are gravel but roomy. The owners are very nice people and we would return here in a heartbeat. Everything worked perfectly. They have many rules and they enforce them which makes this park a great place to stay. We only wish that it wasn't so far from our family in Missouri. We camped at J & H RV Park (55 + Park) in a Fifth Wheel.

Coachlight RV Park, Carthage, Missouri

Date of Stay: October, 2015 - $32.00
Overall Rating:

We were greeted warmly by the staff and felt very welcome, and were then escorted to our site. They arranged for our friends (Three RV's) who were arriving the next day, to all remain in Sites close together. This RV Resort is kept in immaculate condition with constant attention to details. A Nice, clean, laundry facility is in the same building as the registration office.
The sites were roomy, about 70' in length
It should be noted that the free cable TV, and Wi-Fi are both excellent. The Wi-Fi was fast and reliable.
There is an RV Sales and maintenance facility nest door.
It is hard to find any negative to mention about this RV Resort. I would return here any time we are in this area. We camped at Coachlight RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.

Mitchell Resort and RV Park, Perrin, Texas

Date of Stay: April, 2014 - $38.00
Overall Rating:

This is a really fine place to stay. The owners were extremely polite and helpful. They gave us a tour of the facilities and showed us all the things they were doing to keep this place special for RV folks and for a "getaway" destination. This would be a fine place for a Rally. We camped at Mitchell Resort and RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.

Mountaindale Cabins & RV Resort, Colorado Springs, Colorado

Date of Stay: August, 2011 - $37.00
Overall Rating:

Mountaindale has to be one of the finest RV Parks in Colorado. Large, spacious, level sites, with many pine trees. The free Wi-Fi works great. Park is quiet, well maintained, clean, friendly, and the Saturday evening ice cream social is very good, as is the free coffee and donuts on Sunday mornings. This has become our summer home as we are full timers and love this place. Deer wander through the site, people and staff are friendly and helpful. You cannot find a better place to stay with your RV. Awesome! The only thing we can add about staying here is that Life is Good! We camped at Mountaindale Cabins & RV Resort in a Fifth Wheel.

Mark Twain Cave Campground, Hannibal, Missouri

Date of Stay: September, 2010 - $32.00
Overall Rating:

Quiet and serene campground with lots of grassy areas, and back in, shady sites along a stream. Sunny pull-through sites are also available if you prefer open areas to get satellite reception. Bath and shower facilities have just been re-done and they are quite nice. There is a shuttle to the town and tourist attractions. The shuttle stops right in the campground and often drops folks off right at their own campsite. Numerous attractions including two caves to tour within walking distance from your campsite. Small camp store for needed supplies. Candle shop, with wine tasting, rock shop with outdoor sluice, and Mark Twain impersonator for entertainment. There is a nice playground for children. The WiFi worked great but sometimes people download movies, etc which slows things down. Staff are friendly and helpful. This is a wonderful place to stay in this area. The only down side is the roads which may soon have the broken up asphalt replaced by wider, level gravel. We are full-timers and will stay here whenever we are in this area. We camped at Mark Twain Cave Campground in a Fifth Wheel.

Deer Creek Valley RV Park, Topeka, Kansas

Date of Stay: June, 2010 - $30.00
Overall Rating:

This is one of the finest RV Parks we have ever stayed in. Neat, clean, level concrete pads, with full hookups, including cable TV and great Wi-Fi. If there must be a negative, it would be the noise from the interstate which is very nearby, but out of sight. The staff is very friendly and the resort is gated and secure. Very nice! We camped at Deer Creek Valley RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.

Mountaindale Cabins & RV Resort, Colorado Springs, Colorado

Date of Stay: June, 2010 - $34.00
Overall Rating:

This is the third summer we have stayed at this resort. We are full-timers and travel around the country, staying in many RV resorts and Campgrounds. Mountaindale is one of the finest destinations we have found. Large sites with full hookups, friendly staff, quiet, with wonderful weather. The ice cream social on Saturday evenings gives you a chance to meet other RV'ers. They also serve donuts and coffee on Sunday morning. We have not found anywhere with larger, nicer sites. This is a wonderful place to stay. We normally stay for three months at a time. We camped at Mountaindale Cabins & RV Resort in a Fifth Wheel.
