We enjoyed two wonderful weeks at this new Resort Park which is still adding improvements. As we look eastward, we look down on a beautiful city and a stunning city in the lights of evening. Looking westward, the impressive Rocky Mountains rise abruptly from the plains to an elevation of 14,100 feet. We could even see the rocks of the Garden of the Gods from our site. Looking westward, one would not ever think there was a large city only a few blocks away. In addition to being a gracious hostess, Staff provided the name of a competent serviceman who repaired a major water leak in our slide out area the same day at a reasonable cost. The sites are spacious and smooth. This will be our home whenever we are in the area.

Looking for an overnight park, we did not consider this park because of it's low rating for facilities and recreation. However, as we approached the park, we were pleasantly surprised. We met gracious hosts, a pull through site, and they even had a steakhouse on the premises with singing wait persons. Not bad for a reasonable price for an overnight stay.
