Fantastic K/M Resorts park with full hookup sites alongside the ocean and sand dunes. Oceanside sites were level and all back in. Some had a bit more privacy than others. There is a nonstop wind near the ocean so awnings had to be put away. The hosts are fantastic and keep the bathrooms spotless. Laundry machines worked great and cheap at $2.00/load ($1 wash, $1 dry). They rent a fire pit for $2/nt + $5 refundable deposit. WiFi only works at clubhouse which is near the resort entrance. Small outdoor structure for kids. No pool, no hot tub, although members can visit the sister park Ocean Breeze. Ocean which is about a 7 min walk through the dunes.

A nice park. Although we're with KM Resorts and can stay for free, we probably won't be back for a few years. Sites are graveled and narrow, not leveled well, not much privacy unless you're lucky and assigned an end site or on the perimeter. It has some great options for kids: a very small heated indoor pool, an outdoor climber, swingset, basketball court, 18 hole putt-putt golf (old, heavily patched up), paddle boats (for kids under 60 lbs), and a small game room. You can rent very outdated sports equipment at the office. They have a nice large laundry room with TV. There's lots of out-of-order signs around: in the game room, laundry room. Wi-Fi was horrible and barely worth $1/day. They don't allow campfires but have one gas fire pit which turns off around 9:00PM. All the staff were very welcoming and nice. Although we received a wonderful printed schedule of planned events on arrival (July 4th Weekend), the office decided to change and cancel the Kids Activities without notice. Made for very disappointed kids, and the person at the front desk didn't apologize either. Landscaping was nice. Lots of room for walking and biking.

Great location if you're from the Seattle area looking for a quick getaway less than 90 mins away. Stayed in the hook-up loop near the playground where the sites are paved, relatively level and easy to maneuver into. Sites closer to the water (sites #27 and above) have water views and less sound from I-90 therefore harder to reserve. Individual sites are pretty spacious, each with tent pads (sand/dirt), fire pits, picnic tables. Bathrooms had one shower each operated with tokens that you need to get from the main office. Cold tap water but warm hand dryers. Beach area has a large play toy with tire swing, horseshoe toss (equipment at office) grassy areas, tons of picnic tables, smaller sandy beach, and swimming/wading section. Lake is small but great for rafts and kayaks. Haven't seen anyone catch a fish there. Lots of trails for walkers and bikers.

It is a large property with lots of options for families. There are multiple pools, extra large grassy field, and play structures for different age groups. A convenience store is adjacent and offers a good variety of supplies. There is a coin-op laundromat too. The activity center is dated but has enough planned activities to keep kids busy. Bathrooms are clean but need some work (broken stall door). Property is mostly gravel with lots of potholes and puddles. Sites are mostly level with a picnic table and fire pit. There is only one central garbage for the entire property. Sites along the perimeter are more private, heavily treed. Tent campers must set up in one large grassy area. There is a secured entry with friendly staff. It is a great property for kids to bike and explore. The location is great, a 20 min walk to the beach (must walk thru state park) and 10 min drive to a large grocery store. We listened to the timeshare presentation so stayed for free.
