Chalk Creek Campground & RV Park, Nathrop, Colorado

Date of Stay: July, 2010 - $35.00
Overall Rating:

Upper campground is like a parking lot for RV's but has full hook ups. Lower campground is very small and the sites are so close together that I would not come back. The campground is very clean though. If you plan to hike or take day trips and only be at campground to sleep then it is OK. If you like to hang out in your campsite and read a book or lounge in a chair I would NOT recommend this campground. We camped at Chalk Creek Campground & RV Park in a Travel Trailer.

Headwaters Lodge & Cabins at Flagg Ranch (formerly Flagg Ranch Resort), Moran, Wyoming

Date of Stay: June, 2010 - $60.00
Overall Rating:

Nice and clean campground. We were there before the big rush so there were several empty sites. I think it would feel crowded when the campground was full. The bathrooms and showers are clean but the showers were not the best however they did get the job done. I would come back to this campsite again. The location to Yellowstone and the Grand Tetons is excellent. We camped at Headwaters Lodge & Cabins at Flagg Ranch (formerly Flagg Ranch Resort) in a Travel Trailer.
