Suntides Golf Course RV Park, Yakima, Washington

Date of Stay: July, 2010 - $30.00
Overall Rating:

The park was full but not noisy at all. Nice, wide pull-through sites. Wi-Fi did not work for us. No cable TV, but did find TV stations via antenna. Nice big area for dogs to exercise. We camped at Suntides Golf Course RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.

Portland-Woodburn RV Park, Woodburn, Oregon

Date of Stay: July, 2010 - $37.00
Overall Rating:

We had just hit a deer on our way over from Bend and having trouble turning the truck to the left. Hostess was able to accommodate our need for a pull-through on a 4th of July weekend! Even though it is close to the I-5 and the Woodburn Company Stores, it was surprisingly quiet. The gate to the outlet mall saved us trying to find a parking spot on a very busy weekend. There is a big grassy lot for the dogs to run. Would stay here again. We camped at Portland-Woodburn RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.

This is a membership facility but now that Encore owns it, they have opened it up to non-members. Beautiful grounds are well taken care of. Beautiful view of Mt. St. Helens on the walking trail. We will come back year after year. We camped at Chehalis RV & Camping Resort, Thousand Trails in a Fifth Wheel.

Maple Grove RV Resort, Everett, Washington

Date of Stay: July, 2010 - $42.00
Overall Rating:

The management was very nice and helpful. It has VERY tight sites that are NOT level. Wear flip-flops in shower. The dog walk alley is rather sketchy; wouldn't walk very far at night. There are restrictions on setting up a pen for small dogs :( Best to just sleep here and head to the city for the rest of the day. We camped at Maple Grove RV Resort in a Fifth Wheel.

Very quiet, nicely shaded, easy access. We didn't unhitch as we were just passing through. Picked this spot because of the Dutch Bros. Coffee close by. Dogs loved the nice grassy areas and cool shade trees. Would stay here again. We camped at The Parkway RV Resort in a Fifth Wheel.

Thousand Trails - Pacific City, Cloverdale, Oregon

Date of Stay: June, 2010 - $40.00
Overall Rating:

This is a membership facility. Thousand Trails campgrounds are usually hard to navigate through but this place is very nicely marked. They have the best laundry facility and we swam in the warm, covered pool while waiting for it to wash and dry! Very beautiful setting with the ability to walk to the ocean. We camped at Thousand Trails - Pacific City in a Fifth Wheel.
