Sallisaw / Fort Smith West KOA, Sallisaw, Oklahoma

Date of Stay: August, 2017 - $53.00
Overall Rating:

Nobody to take me to the site so I walked it. Did this because it looked fairly tight. Had to circle thru the CG to get to site 11. VERY tight Premium site with a patio and trees on either side. Patio did not allow me to fully open the basement doors and I couldn't move over because of the trees. We camped at Sallisaw / Fort Smith West KOA in a Motorhome.

Reno KOA at Boomtown, Verdi, Nevada

Date of Stay: August, 2017 - $69.00
Overall Rating:

Clean, organized, well maintained CG. Wide asphalt interior roads. Pretty tight between sites. Pull-thru site was not really long enough with a 45"+jeep. Jeep stuck out into the wide roadway. Free shuttle to the casino. Pickup at the office a returns you to your site. Would stay here again. We camped at Reno KOA at Boomtown in a Motorhome.

Klamath Falls KOA, Klamath Falls, Oregon

Date of Stay: August, 2017 - $40.00
Overall Rating:

Bugs, bugs, bugs...the midge invasion, especially at our site. CG has no control over the midge but it did take away from the CG experience. Because of the way a number of guests parked their tow vehicles and others parked their trucks, I needed to back out of my site the morning we left. I would stay again IF the midge was not in season, if there is a season? We camped at Klamath Falls KOA in a Motorhome.

Grants Pass Oregon KOA (formerly Joe Creek Waterfalls RV Resort), Grants Pass, Oregon

Date of Stay: August, 2017 - $55.00
Overall Rating:

We were on the lower level near the waterfall and swimming hole. Nice. Great staff. We had a concrete pad but didn't see a lot that were concrete. Nice dog park up the hill and a small one on the lower level. Would stay here again. We camped at Grants Pass Oregon KOA (formerly Joe Creek Waterfalls RV Resort) in a Motorhome.

Astoria / Warrenton / Seaside KOA, Hammond, Oregon

Date of Stay: August, 2017 - $69.00
Overall Rating:

Arrived early and told to leave and go across the street and wait until 3pm to check in. Talked to one of the outside greeters and he had me park under some trees in the CG entrance. Very helpful. Very well maintained CG. Lots of families having a great time. Easy to navigate to interior roads. Good location to ride around and see the sights. State park across the street led to the beach. Dogs allowed on the beach. It was a good time. We camped at Astoria / Warrenton / Seaside KOA in a Motorhome.

Elma RV Park, Elma, Washington

Date of Stay: July, 2017 - $30.00
Overall Rating:

Older park that is well landscaped and maintained. Very friendly and helpful staff. Roads are OK for big rigs but sites can be pretty tight. (45'+jeep). We were put in probably the best site for a big rig. I believe it was 39. Easy park to get to off the highway. Plenty of places to walk the dog. Would stay here again. We camped at Elma RV Park in a Motorhome.

Blackwell Island RV Park, Coeur d'Alene, Idaho

Date of Stay: July, 2017 - $50.00
Overall Rating:

Big rig friendly until time to leave. Cars and trucks parked in front and rear of other RVs. Crowded enough that I had to disconnect and back out of the site. (45'+jeep) I'm sure it wasn't like this every where in the park. Nice beach on the lake. The signage could be better after leaving the freeway. On eof the turns could get you in trouble. Would stay again if in the area. We camped at Blackwell Island RV Park in a Motorhome.

St. Mary / East Glacier KOA, St Mary, Montana

Date of Stay: July, 2017 - $85.00
Overall Rating:

CG has expanded and for the better, except for the price. Easy to navigate a big rig. CG store is well supplied. Dog friendly. Lots of places to walk your dog. Go down to the river. It's really nice. Just a short drive to the park. The park is great. We camped at St. Mary / East Glacier KOA in a Motorhome.

Rapid City KOA, Rapid City, South Dakota

Date of Stay: July, 2017 - $61.00
Overall Rating:

Big rig friendly. Lots of places to walk the dog. Family friendly. Stayed 2 days so we could visit the Badlands. A Must see for sure. The only negative for me was the location of the sewer. When pulled all the way forward to get jeep out of the road I was too far from the sewer. Disconnected and backed up. Not a big deal. We camped at Rapid City KOA in a Motorhome.

Livingston / Paradise Valley KOA, Livingston, Montana

Date of Stay: July, 2017 - $50.00
Overall Rating:

Off beaten path, but a nice location. Pull-thru site too tight to open all 4 slides. Awnings had to stay in also. Watch out for the water hook ups. Possible to hit when opening your slides. Complained about the site and told we could stay or go. Gravel interior roads a little tight. Will not stay here again. We camped at Livingston / Paradise Valley KOA in a Motorhome.

A really nice CG. Very family friendly with lots to do for the kids. Small dog park and lots of space around the park to walk your dog. Half and half paved and gravel roads. Easy to navigate even with a 45'+toad. Level gravel sites. Lots of shade yet clear enough for satellite dish. We camped at Traverse City KOA in a Motorhome.

Easy off and onto freeway. Gravel roads and sites. Sites level. Okay spacing between sites. No shade at all, but made it easy for satellite dish. Great hosts and campground workers. Trash pickup at site. Easy to navigate roads even with a 45'+toad. Family friendly. No dog park, but lots of space to walk your pet. Stayed here twice in June going and coming from Northern Michigan.
