Williamsburg KOA, Williamsburg, Virginia

Date of Stay: July, 2013 - $40.00
Overall Rating:

Large campground with lots of activities for children. Our site was across from the pool, but the noise was not a problem. In fact the new water features provided a relaxing sound, especially at night after the pool is closed. The restrooms were small but located throughout the park. The only negatives involved the sewer connection and the poor Wi-Fi. The sewer connection was too high (some things will not flow uphill even with help)and at the wrong end of the site . The Wi-fi connection was erratic at best and often reset after just 5 minutes. You will be doing well to check your e-mail for urgent issues and respond to those. Forget reading all your messages. Even with these issues we would definitely stay again. We camped at Williamsburg KOA in a Travel Trailer.

Wytheville KOA, Wytheville, Virginia

Date of Stay: July, 2010 - $39.00
Overall Rating:

Located with easy access to I-77 and I-81. It is very nice for kids with a nice pool, recreation barn including a small snack bar. Cable TV was fuzzy and the power dropped to only 105 volts. Pull-Through sites are very close and would be difficult for a longer stay. We camped at Wytheville KOA in a Travel Trailer.

Lancaster / New Holland KOA , New Holland, Pennsylvania

Date of Stay: June, 2010 - $47.00
Overall Rating:

Great views. Very peaceful. Not a campground if you have small kids since there is no pool, game room or even vending machines. The hosts are extremely friendly. This is really a perfect place to relax and serve as a base to enjoy the local culture. We camped at Lancaster / New Holland KOA in a Motorhome.
