stayed for a week, first time for this park. Agree with previous comments, few shade trees, concrete pads, grass on ends of rows. Dog area (only one) is small and all dirt with no shade. Many "long term" guests here that have "stuff" outside of the rv in violation of the rules, but didn't see anything done. Bath houses are rooms with toilet, sink and shower. For the most part clean, except first thing in the morning, found two toilets in one house this morning that were over=flowing with feces. The wifi is adequate for nearly everything, I don't stream so don't know about that. We usually stay at Sam's Town (now KOA), but thought we would try here for this trip.... can't say this is bad, just like the LARGE and grass dog areas at the KOA better.

two parts to this campground, the older is mostly dirt with some grass areas and has been load in the past. the new part is modern with concrete pads, A LOT of grass and trees. this is a very nice park and a deal at the price. This is our first choice when visiting family in the area. Wifi is okay but the cable needs to get negotiated...

We actually stayed here in August 2015, while on a cost to coast trip. W3e really enjoyed the space, although our site was out in the back area it was wide. drawback to that part of the park is that it has very few mature trees, Mostly just parking. Nice park and I would stay here again if in the area.

This is our home base while in Vegas, only due to the location near family. The park is dated, facilities as well. Showers are kept clean, but need updating badly. The sites are parking lot style and very close to each other - for the pull through's. The cost is great but there are others with the same price, I may try one of them next time. We have stayed here numerous times.

Located in an industrial part of the town, we found the staff friendly but the park lacking due to the age. All gravel. Our site was okay, and I was able to level the TT. Not sure I would stay here again, given the choice.

We chose this park over another recommended and were not disappointed. The staff was very friendly and accommodating and even recommended several places to eat in town. We stayed in row D and did not have an issue with leveling nor did we have any issues with the wifi or the cable TV. We will probably be back, and this park will serve as our home base to explore the parks and area.

I agree, this resort is a diamond! We stayed here 4 nights while visiting family and totally loved it; quiet, clean, well kept. I became friends with the RV resort manager, who is a retired Army officer and since I am a retired senior NCO, we hit it off right away. He checked on us several times, but I have nothing negative to say about this resort, except that it is too far away from our home in Arizona for quick trips and stays.

This was a very nice RV resort. It looks really great; it had cement pull throughs that were level. It was well kept and clean. We did not use the pool area. We did have some interstate and train noise. The sprinklers did get everything wet and came on as we were getting ready to leave. The pets were happy with the grass.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating, placing us in a spot that had decent shade and close to the facilities, but this put us close to the road, and the "hot rods" in the town made it somewhat noisy. I agree, this is an "overnight" place, although they have numerous long term customers. I doubt I would stay here again, due to the in town location and traffic noise.

The only good thing about this park is the location, close to the Cheese Factory. Small, gravel only, hard to maneuver a truck and 32FT TT. I will say the staff was very friendly, but the general condition of the park makes us give it a low rating. We will not stay here again.

We found this park to be VERY BUSY and crowded, with narrow roads for access and egress. Not difficult to find or get to, but the street naming in SLC is for the birds. Although I chose this park for the name (KOA) and the location along our route, I will probably not stay here again due to the crowding. Sites are long enough for a truck and 32ft trailer, but the side to side is narrow (be friendly with your neighbor!)
