Durango RV Resort, Red Bluff, California

Date of Stay: September, 2010 - $55.00
Overall Rating:

This is a fantastic campground. Cement level sites, top notch electrical and water. Also the pool, hot tub and community rooms were great. Nice location, near stores, interstate and attractions. Also the night time community camp fires were nice. The only thing was, I wish they had mentioned some ant problems at the time of arrival, this would have eliminated a lot of clean up and monitoring of our RV during the stay. Durango did spray but only after we got the ants inside our RV through the water hose and cable. Others also near by later would have the problem and I had to mention how I solved the problem by Durango spraying and me also spraying daily until the last of the ants were gone. BUT minus the ants and I will return in the future. We camped at Durango RV Resort in a Fifth Wheel.

This was a very good park. Clean, friendly and the pull thru site just right. The park is secured with a remote gate and the area around the park is ample for fuel, food or any shopping you may need. I will come back again in the future. We camped at Streetsboro / Cleveland SE KOA in a Fifth Wheel.

Stayed here for 3 days. Nice clean park, close to the Niagara area. Had a site with shade and open with room, but was tight for a bigger rig like ours. We would stay here again in the future. We camped at Niagara Falls North / Lewiston KOA in a Fifth Wheel.

We only stayed one night as a rest day. The sites were nice, we were a bit tight but we have a 37 ft 5th wheel with 4 slides. We would come back in the future for a longer stay. Also: remember to bring tubes for the river. We camped at Herkimer Diamond KOA in a Fifth Wheel.
