Lake Guntersville State Park, Guntersville, Alabama

Date of Stay: May, 2007 - $18.00
Overall Rating:

I enjoyed the Campground itself, young people in the office were very disorganized. The Camp Hosts where above the rules. They parked their car on a site for 3 days to reserve and moved it to another site for a day. Sites are supposed to be paid for and have a Tent or Camper on them. They feed the deer, signs everywhere saying not to do it. Their dog never on a leash and he decorated my site 2 times. Why should anybody in the Park obey the rules if they don't? We camped at Lake Guntersville State Park in a Motorhome.

Birmingham South Campground, Pelham, Alabama

Date of Stay: March, 2007 - $37.00
Overall Rating:

We used this Park as a home base to sight see it the area. We were very pleased with it and the staff was very helpful. Some posters have complained about them charging for AC, at least they give you a choice, most parks just have it added in their price and everybody pays if you use it or not. With Good Sams discount it was $33, not bad for everything including WiFi. We camped at Birmingham South Campground in a Motorhome.

I have stayed at Creekwood twice this year. The owners live on site and go out of their way to make your stay enjoyable. This is a great campground in an area that is great to visit. We camped at Creekwood Resort Campground & Cabins in a Fifth Wheel.
