Far Horizons 49er Village RV Resort, Plymouth, California

Date of Stay: September, 2010 - $55.00
Overall Rating:

We camped here with 3 other couples and had 4 sites right on the pond. The park is clean, the sites are level with grass on both sides of the RV, and lots of trees for great shade. We had our pugs with us and the shade and grass were great for them. The ducks woke us in the morning, but we really didn't mind. All the hook-ups worked great. The park was quiet at night. The sites are well-spaced so you don't feel like your neighbor is on top of you. We played pool in their air conditioned pool room where they have 4 tables. This was a great weekend and we'll definitely be back! We camped at Far Horizons 49er Village RV Resort in a Motorhome.

Zephyr Cove Resort RV Park & Campground, Zephyr Cove, Nevada

Date of Stay: July, 2010 - $50.00
Overall Rating:

Great location and very clean park. The sites are too close together for me and the roads are quite narrow. We have a 28 foot motorhome and we had a hard time with some turns. For a larger motorhome, it wouldn't be a problem in the front pull-through spots. Will definitely stay here again. We camped at Zephyr Cove Resort RV Park & Campground in a Motorhome.

Edgewater Resort & RV Park, Kelseyville, California

Date of Stay: July, 2010 - $50.00
Overall Rating:

We camped here with our family with 1 motorhome and 3 tent sites. The Park staff were very helpful and friendly. The sites were fairly level, very clean, and had plenty of room, although our motorhome is only 28 feet. The pool was clean and refreshing. Sites get fairly dusty from cars/golf carts driving past. We were able to launch a patio boat on-site which is very convenient. Bathrooms were very clean and there was even a hairdryer in the ladies room. We had a great time here and will definitely be back! The only negative was that Clear Lake was full of algae. Park staff said it happens when they have high temps over an extended period of time. The weather was in the 90's during and day, and low 70's in the evenings, which was perfect for us! We camped at Edgewater Resort & RV Park in a Motorhome.
