We paid by the month $450 plus electric. Loved this campground! Wi-Fi was strong, our spot was level and spacious. Nice playground, basketball court, horse shoes, game room and huge sandbox. Canoes and kayaks for rent. Activities on the weekends for the kids. Small cafe and store. Propane refill on site, leave bottle in front of your camper and they will fill it up and bring it back. Garbage pickup, just leave it at front of your camper. We became friends with 2 of the park attendants, who are awesome people and spoiled our son. I would have gave this campground a 10 but there were holes in the roads but not bad ones. We would definitely stay here again!!

Basically a gravel parking lot. Very dusty. Monthly rate was $425. Have to go across the road and register at the motel. Offered Wi-Fi but it never worked. Campers are very close together...couldn't get our awning out. Had a laundry room; only 2 washers, 2 dryers worked. Never saw any park attendants. No playground for children. Road within campground were in good shape. Swimming pool was not in working condition but you are allowed to swim at the indoor heated pool at the motel across the road, which is nice. Would not camp here again unless it was the only place left.

This is by far the best RV park we have stayed at! Paid by the month $325 plus electricity. Staff was friendly & goes out of their way to please everyone. Great WiFi. No pool but park is situated off of Baffin Bay. All roads paved. Shuffle board and walking/biking trail. Clean laundry room. You can get quarters for the machines in the office. Gates are locked at night. Lots of activities. Park was full of snowbirds that were so friendly & all adopted our 10 yr old son. Our site was level, paved, and had shade and nice shrubbery. Can't get any better than this! Definitely would stay here again!

Entrance to the park has a few holes. Clean park but nothing fancy. Has some trees but not actually shading campers. Laundry room was clean and $1.00 per wash or dry. Swimming pool was clean. The whole pool including the deep end was 3ft. Free WiFi. Kind of slow but worked. Some sites had burn rings and tables. No store or propane filling at CG. Does not prorate. We paid by the month $300 plus electricity. Owners are nice but you never see them.

Rate reflects a $325 monthly rate, electric is separate. The park owner is awesome! She makes you feel at home. Park is clean. Laundry room was clean. Wi-Fi did cut in & out sometimes. RV park is located close to Bastrop, shopping, and is 23 miles south of Austin. Our site was spacious and level. There are a couple of sites that are cement. No playground, so not much for kids to do. We would definitely stay here again.

Rate reflects weekly. Campground is nice and clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. Nice stream behind campground. Roads are paved. Our site was a little close to the next site and hardly any parking. Pleasant and quite until roller coaster next door within 100 feet from our camper started up (reason for leaving early). Close to shopping and restaurants. Tangler Outlet Mall within a mile. Would camp here again when roller coaster is down for the season. We camped here in a fifth wheel.

Easy access on and off of I-10. Campground is right off I-10 but traffic noise was not a problem. The owners are very nice and will go out of their way to help you. Nice size fish in pond which we caught and released. Campground is within a few miles from Walmart, grocery stores, restaurants and gas stations. Would camp here again.
