Ms. G's RV Park LLC, Loraine, Texas

Date of Stay: March, 2018 - $15.00
Overall Rating:

The owner is very friendly and helpful, he helped me hookup while we were talking. This is a Passport America park. Pull thru site was long and level with all utilities conveniently located at the rear of the site. Sites and interior roads are gravel.

If coming in from the west, park is on the right shortly after RR underpass: watch for rvs and office is the little building by the flags. This is a relatively new park, a work in progress and it's coming along nicely. Will definitely stay here when in area. We camped at Ms. G's RV Park LLC in a Motorhome.

Winnemucca RV Park, Winnemucca, Nevada

Date of Stay: September, 2017 - $20.00
Overall Rating:

Gravel throughout except along one side which has grass for walking your dog, as usual some owners did not pick up. Site I was on was level and long enough for motor home and tow dolly, utilities located towards rear of site and cable was midpoint, free cable with lots of channels, free wifi was average. Sites alternate direction, all pull thrus, so they share utility hookups on driver's side. Didn't use laundry which is located off the office. I stayed one week and definitely would stay again. We camped at Winnemucca RV Park in a Motorhome.

Buffalo Meadows RV Park (Fort Hall Casino Campground), Fort Hall, Idaho

Date of Stay: September, 2017 - $25.00
Overall Rating:

I was in row A which has an extremely sharp 180 turn when exiting, watched one person have to unhook his toad so he could do a "k" turn to leave and 3 other motor homes also doing "k" turns without their toads. If you are traveling in a class A motor home I would recommend you ask to be in row B. Site was level and long, good electric and water pressure free wifi was average. Check in at Casino on west side. We camped at Buffalo Meadows RV Park (Fort Hall Casino Campground) in a Motorhome.

Countryside RV Park, LLC, Dillon, Montana

Date of Stay: September, 2017 - $35.00
Overall Rating:

Nice looking park, no shade at sites, sites are wide and long, problem with back in sites is that water and electric connections are at front of site so you will need 40 to 50 feet of water hose and electric cord to reach them, site was fairly level, nice grassy area in middle for everybody's use, free wifi was average. We camped at Countryside RV Park, LLC in a Motorhome.

Desert Willow RV Park, Van Horn, Texas

Date of Stay: March, 2017 - $14.00
Overall Rating:

Very nice park, friendly check in, wide level gravel pull thru sites - room to park dinghy alongside motor home, hookups conveniently located at rear, free cable and wifi (very good), very clean and neat park - if not the best, definitely one of the best in Van Horn, only heard a few trains while I was here - never woke me, didn't really notice interstate noise, Porters grocery a short drive away. Will definitely stay here whenever passing thru Texas. We camped at Desert Willow RV Park in a Motorhome.

I had a reservation here and upon arriving I went into the office to check in. The gentleman asked "Can I help you?" I replied "I have a reservation", to which he replied "We're full, can't help you". I asked "what about my reservation?" and he replied "We're full, don't know what to tell you". Will not return. Krazy K RV Park, Camp Verde, Arizona

Date of Stay: November, 2016 - $19.00
Overall Rating:

Nice little park right next to I-17. Noise was not an issue at this time of year, but maybe during nice weather with windows open. Owner was friendly at check in, offering to guide me into site. There are about 20 ota channels. Wifi (free) proved to be pretty much useless. Laundry 3 washers $1.50 & 4 Dryers $1.00 There is a Bashas supermarket Walgreens, CVS in town and a few gas stations. Rate is based on weekly rate. We camped at Krazy K RV Park in a Motorhome.

Page Springs Park, Cornville, Arizona

Date of Stay: November, 2015 - $13.00
Overall Rating:

Nice little park with small creek running through it and a few ducks wandering around. Friendly staff, small clean laundry, they no longer offer cable tv due to cost to restructure to digital but they have put a flat screen tv in their small recreation building. Water pressure is only 25# and they inform you of this, wifi is through Tengo, over air tv reception is good I got 7 channels. They do charge a $3 per day Resort Fee (?). There is a wildlife refuge across the road with a trail. The entrance is one-way and a little steep but short. There is also a restaurant right at the entrance (not part of the park). We camped at Page Springs Park in a Motorhome.

Distant Drums RV Resort, Camp Verde, Arizona

Date of Stay: October, 2015 - $38.00
Overall Rating:

Site was all gravel and fairly wide, but not level. All sites are not concrete pads as previously stated nor do all sites have picnic tables. The couple next to me said some sites are off more than 6 inches. Park is neat and clean. Free wifi ranged from slow to useless, more than a minute to load a web page! It took 4 attempts and 5 minutes to do this review. As previously stated you need a card to do laundry, I went up to laundry at 6:30am when I discovered this as there is no mention of the card when you check in or in their literature. So I went into town and did laundry rather than wait 1 1/2 hours for office to open. Also the park laundry is only open a few hours a day. Customer service was good. For me this would, at best, only be a overnight stop if I come back, but with the other park nearby being cheaper I'd probably go there. We camped at Distant Drums RV Resort in a Motorhome.

Antelope Valley RV Park, Delta, Utah

Date of Stay: September, 2015 - $9.00
Overall Rating:

Rate is AOR, stayed 2 weeks. Nice clean park, hookups are at rear near center of site but that is so you can back in alongside hookups and have room to park toad alongside of you. Electric and water pressure was good. Site I was on was perfectly level with concrete pad to exit onto and a nice shade tree. Free wifi worked good. Small clean laundry room. There are 2 grocery stores within a mile and several gas stations in town. Very pleasant host camper on site checked me in. There are 5 or so pull thru sites alongside of the office for overnighters. We camped at Antelope Valley RV Park in a Motorhome.

The Travel Camp, Green River, Wyoming

Date of Stay: September, 2015 - $36.00
Overall Rating:

Site was perfectly level with shade tree. Cable tv but only works with flat screen tv's. Just far enough off I-80 so no noise. Free WiFi but most of the time it didn't work, if I was even able to find their network. I would think for a park that charges close to $40 they would have good WiFi. Park was very neat and clean. Also they charge $1 extra for pets and the small pet area had lots of feces all around. We camped at The Travel Camp in a Motorhome.

Mountain View Campground, Lander, Wyoming

Date of Stay: August, 2015 - $14.00
Overall Rating:

An older ex-KOA park in need of some upkeep. Interior roads a little rough in spots, site did require a single board under some tires, water pressure and electric were good, very convenient only 1/4 mile off highway. The best selling point is the woman who greets you - very friendly and nice and maybe if you're lucky she'll wave goodbye as you leave like she did to me. I would stay again if passing thru.
