Distant Drums RV Resort, Camp Verde, Arizona

Plenty of room for pull through. Concrete pull through sites and patio pads. In high desert with little or no shade. Very friendly front office. Would go back. We camped at Distant Drums RV Resort in a Motorhome.

A Deming Roadrunner RV Park, Deming, New Mexico

Date of Stay: July, 2010 - $29.00
Overall Rating:

Just a flat RV Park with no noise even though it is a very short distance from I-10. Pool closed because too expensive to maintain. Plan to fill it in. All amenities as advertised. Wi-Fi good and cable TV had many channels to chose from. Good for a one night stay. Would go back. We camped at A Deming Roadrunner RV Park in a Motorhome.

Everything was according to ad but Wi-Fi was a lot to be desired. We were in the next to last row at the bottom of the hill and Wi-Fi signal kept going out. However, we would stay there again. We camped at Peculiar Park Place RV Park in a Motorhome.

Saddleback Mountain RV Park, Balmorhea, Texas

Date of Stay: July, 2010 - $18.00
Overall Rating:

We were excited to get there after reading the Woodall description and reviewing the Internet site. However, it is in the middle of nowhere and the so-called truck stop is just a service station with a large parking lot for trucks. The canteen or saloon was all boarded up. We did get to pick our own site but then there was no other customers in the entire location. I was not impressed with the person in charge when we checked in. Would probably try to pick another camp site if there is one close by. We camped at Saddleback Mountain RV Park in a Motorhome.
