All inclusive! Great price! Just a short walk to the beach! One price includes your lot, power, sewer, water, cable and Wi-Fi (which works great). It is a beautiful gated park with a nice pool that is heated in the winter. Climate controlled restrooms/showers; laundry room and family room which are all open 24 hrs. Office closes at 5pm but there is a phone number posted to contact the manager at all times. Any assistance you may need is just a phone call away. The RV Park is right before you go into St. Andrews State Park which has nature trails for walking and biking, a fishing pier and boat ramp or you can catch a shuttle over to shell island. Approximately 200 yards from the RV Park is the beautiful sugar-white sandy beach and emerald waters of the Gulf of Mexico that Panama City Beach is known for where you can enjoy breath-taking sunsets. There are several restaurants and shops nearby. It is just 5 to 6 miles to Wal-mart and approximately 10 miles to Pier Park; an awesome outside shopping mall which includes entertainment and restaurants and some attractions as well. It is only 4 miles to a golf course. The summer rate is $64 for a back in site and the winter rate is $54. You can get 10 percent off if you are a Good Sam member. They also have monthly rates. I have stayed in many parks throughout the United States and this is by far my favorite park I have ever stayed in. We camped at Panama City Beach RV Resort in a Travel Trailer.

Family owned and operated! I believe they have owned it for 3 or 4 years now and from what I hear they have made some really great changes. The park is kept very nice and clean. It has a very homey atmosphere. They have cookouts; we have been unable to attend so far, either had plans or was out of town. There is a spring fed pond with beach; it has a waterfall and a fountain, very pretty. They have back in and pull through sites. Full hookups, they provide Wi-Fi (great connection thanks to a recently installed booster). Cable is available. You can even do your laundry on site. There are bathrooms available (toilet & bath/shower all in one room, very nice). We have a large trailer so we have had no need to use them, but did check them out and they are kept up really well. There is a dumpster for trash. They have just built a recreational building. It is located right off Interstate 10. It is a very quite park. Has shaded and sunny lots available. There is a several places to eat nearby and Wal-mart a short 8/10 minute drive. The beach is just a 45 minute drive, well worth it being able to return to a nice quite homey place. My favorite thing about this park is the owners; they are so nice, friendly and accommodating. We were looking around for a park when we found this one, loved the homey feel. We camped at Florida Springs RV Resort and Campgrounds in a Travel Trailer.

We were in the park for 5 weeks. There is no gravel or black top to park on, you must park on the grass or dirt. The laundry facility is limited, there is only 2 sets of machines and sometime they are broke. They have well water. They say satellite is available, it is very limited, we had to wait several days for ours and know of some that never received one. The campground workers do well with what they have to work with. While we were camping several construction workers, 6 rigs I believe, all loaded up and moved out because of conflict with the owner. The office does not have any regular hours, there is a note with a number to call, sometimes you will get a machine. It is a very country setting. They do not have a store, the closest grocery is 4 miles. We camped at Pine Lake RV Park in a Travel Trailer.
