A beautiful little campground. We parked in the new sites and everything was fine. The view of the pond from our back window made the stay worthwhile. Price is right. Camped her with a 35 foot fifth-wheel. Would definitely stay here again. We camped at Around Pond RV Park in a Motorhome.

Collier Memorial State Park, Chiloquin, Oregon

Date of Stay: July, 2010 - $21.00
Overall Rating:

Excellent camp. Watch out for the ground squirrels, they get into everything. Mosquitoes were present but not intolerable. Logging museum is a short walk and very interesting. Didn't see many people having luck with fishing. Be sure to check the regs as some times of the year are catch and release only. We camped at Collier Memorial State Park in a Motorhome.

Eagle's Nest RV Park, Tionesta, California

Date of Stay: July, 2010 - $24.00
Overall Rating:

It is an excellent place to stay if you are looking for the three R's (Reasonable, remote and relaxing). I wtayed here for a week while visiting Lava Beds National Monument, Medicine Lake, Glass Mountain and a host of other attractions. It is nothing fancy, grass covered sites and basic amenities and friendly hosts that do what they can to make your stay enjoyable. Verizon phone service for my air card was excellent but T-mobile service was non-existent. I would definitely stay here again. We camped at Eagle's Nest RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.
