We stay at this park via RPI for 10 bucks a night whenever we're in the area. All utilities function as they should, mostly 30 amp sites, cable TV and Wi-Fi available with modem rental. The pools, the spas, the river are great. The on site bar is very friendly and happy hour prices make it a bargain. We happen to love site #78....it's close to everything and easy to stumble back to after a day/night at the bar. Yes, the sites are relatively close to one another but we have never had any noise issues. We will return!

Have stayed here several times using our TT membership and always enjoy ourselves. Park was busy this time around with most every site be taken. We used this Park as a staging area for attending the "Vinter's Wine Festival" in Buellton and had a wonderful time. Very friendly staff and always quiet here. We will stay here again and again.

First time in this Park. Sites are very close together, some hook ups are at the rear of the site so be prepared. Close to plenty of Vegas action within a short drive. My overall perception is that it's crowded. Everything is close together and some have sites that are just plain ugly with all their junk on them which also given it that crowded look. Probably won't return but since it's a no cost Park for us, you never know. We don't spend that much time in the RV when in town anyway. All utilities worked good and we had an older 50 amp site which they do charge 3-5.00 for.

Our second time here, we had site #78 and we loved it! This place is big and you are packed in fairly close but everyone is so friendly. I know it's been said before but the bar/snack bar has such great deals and Yes, that includes their daily Happy 3 hours when prices of beer are unbelievable. Regular prices aren't bad either. Anyways, good water pressure, mostly 30 amp electrical and sewer. If you want River front here, you'll have to join CRA but as noted. Our site was great. We had good Verizon coverage and since we were close to the Club house, we got free WiFi too, other wise they have cable which requires a rental of adapter(modem). We will return!

We choose this Park because it was the right price and it's proximity to Quartzsite(about 30 miles). Level gravel site, good 30 amp power, water pressure OK, not great. No problem with Sat reception, No OTA channels, Verizon good and free WiFi at site. We enjoyed our stay here although we had a issue with the Resort Fee of 4.00 a night. Not a big deal but No One at Thousand Trail's, or this Park which is a KOA, will address. We still liked the Park, its quiet, never had a problem with loud ATV's leaving and Great star gazing! A train does go past the camp ground a few times each night but it wasn't a problem..it's across the highway.

We stayed here through New Year's and had blizzard on New Year's day...it was Fun!!! We had a hill top site with View of the River/Casino's down below. The bluff location can be very windy so watch those awning's if you dare open it. Good utilities all around. Gravel pads. This is a large CG and it does have some long term residents but we found everyone to be friendly. The small snack bar on site has daily specials.

Nice wooded park. We were up top near the pool in a nice 50 amp site. Park was fairly empty because it was starting to get cooler. Many things to do in the area and casino's aren't too far away. We enjoyed our week long stay.

Great park, great location. Lots to do in the area. Very nice casino and good casino food. This park shows pride in ownership....I was impressed and with PA discount, super deal.

Very well kept park. Roads are paved, concrete pads and nice grass area's. All utilities are top notch. Cable TV and great satellite TV views. Pool area and restrooms are spotless. Casino a short shuttle ride away with good food at a number of places. We had a lot fun here. Will return.

Park is well off the beaten path, many shaded sites. Electric was OK but lower voltage at times. Water pressure good and satellite views OK in some sites. Very nice pool and the Rec room would be great with air conditioning.....will not return unless they get air in those buildings. Food is served on certain days, its reasonable and pretty good. We stayed as RPI members with a $10/night rate. All in all a very nice park .....need air conditioning, did I say that already?!

Enjoyed our week long stay here in site A1, nice shaded site very near pool and lodge. This was a full hookup site with good 50 amp power. Easy driving to near by market, casino, and nearby attractions. Be careful if your making a right turn into campground, the angle is not the easiest to manage. We are TT members hence no cost(even for the 50 amps). We will be going back.

Stayed here for two weeks in January: closer quarters with the neighbors but we still had a great time. 30 amp power, good water and adequate sewer. Very nice view of river from many sites and close to other activities. The Bar Happy Hour has got to be the best on the River, not only beer, wine but food too. We will return. Stayed here as RPI quests at 10 bucks a night.

So we "won" a week in this campground....so I shouldn't really complain but if I had been paying full price, I'd not stay here. The use of "Resort" in the name is a stretch! Your on/near the Dunes but the CG has No pool or spa. The bathrooms/showers could use some updating, cable provides about 20 channels, if you want Internet access its via Tengo-net for 17.00 a week, the sites are extremely close together although we were fortunate to get an end site(#34) which provided a little breathing room. The CG has a number of full time occupied sites. The access to Pismo eateries/shop's was pretty good, only a few miles down the road. All the utilities were good, Verizon cell excellent and AT&T WEB access was good too, no worry about good Sat signals...no tree's to be found. We stayed a week.

We liked this Park......we had a river site with a small area right next to the water....beautiful! All utilities worked well, although watch your voltage when its hot. I used my Auto-former to keep voltage at an acceptable level. The pedestals use to have 50 amps available, but none are functioning now. The lounge could use some cleaning and a fresh coat of paint. The "Golf Cart Police" need to pay more attention to over crowded campsites, too many cars at a campsite and late night gatherings on the weekend. With these shortcomings, the area and relaxing nature of this campground make up for all. No Verizon coverage and No T-Mobile. We will return here. Its proximity to Yosemite makes it all worth it. Our rate was Thousand Trails member.

We've stayed here on a number of occasions and although the sites are rather close together, you still get your own small patch of grass and some shade. All the utilities worked great, Verizon cell OK. We love the indoor pool where most days we had it to ourselves. The food at the Casino is good and relatively inexpensive thus you can use those savings on the gaming. The 25 dollar rate is the Casino rate, get a Casino Card. We will return.
