Twin Oaks RV Park & Campground, Elko, Georgia

Date of Stay: August, 2010 - $18.00
Overall Rating:

Manager very friendly and helpful. Escorted us to site. Good Wi-Fi, few TV stations with antenna. Pool green water but clear. Showers old, some chipped tile, but clean. Great TV room and laundry. 40 minutes to Andersonville POW museum, then go to Plains to see Jimmy Carter's town. Use your Passport America for 1/2 price. A very nice park. We camped at Twin Oaks RV Park & Campground in a Fifth Wheel.

Ginnie Springs Outdoors, High Springs, Florida

Date of Stay: July, 2010 - $47.00
Overall Rating:

Caution! low spots in camping spaces have been filled in with loose beach sand. Just pulling in to a pull through space and we got stuck and had to be pulled out with a tractor. Camp manager stated that they are frequently pulling campers out of the sand, you think they'd fill in with gravel instead of sand! Camp price $20 per person per day plus $7 for electric. No Wi-Fi at camp store. We camped at Ginnie Springs Outdoors in a Fifth Wheel.
