Town & Country RV and Mobile Home Park, Roswell, New Mexico

Date of Stay: October, 2010 - $36.00
Overall Rating:

Internet access was available from some sites. Motorola with a booster in the park somewhere. Closer to the office access is better. Lot of long term tenants. We camped at Town & Country RV and Mobile Home Park in a Motorhome.

Very friendly office staff, easy access from two gates. Sites are narrow and elevated from roadway, low hitches could bottom out. No shade. Lot of overflow parking when full hookup sites are full. We camped at Agave Gulch FamCamp (Military FamCamp) in a Motorhome.

Tight access to sites, majority are pull-throughs. Train noise is OK, noticeable, but you get used to it. Park has regular activities, water aerobics, bingo, pool parties, etc. Varied residents. Nice place to stay in Portland area. We camped at Portland Fairview RV Park in a Motorhome.

Flag City RV Resort, Lodi, California

Date of Stay: July, 2010 - $40.00
Overall Rating:

Great freeway access. Good sites although extremely narrow. Registration OK, but could have been explained better. Did not ask about Wi-Fi access, assumed it would be covered in rules, etc, also laundry. Needed to go back to office for Wi-Fi code as they would not explain over phone. Laundry is prepaid card which needs to be purchased in advance. Facilities very clean. Showers need decent shower heads so they do not soak towels and clothes in dressing area. Minimal freeway and train noise. We camped at Flag City RV Resort in a Motorhome.
