Roamers' Retreat Campground, Kinzers, Pennsylvania

Date of Stay: May, 2015 - $40.00
Overall Rating:

My family and I have stayed here 4 times in the last year. Super campground. The owner is always around and is making many new additions to the campground. It is right next to Rough and Tumble and a beautiful Amish farm. Not far from any Lancaster activity. Will certainly stay here again. We camped at Roamers' Retreat Campground in a Fifth Wheel.

Two Rivers Campground, Nashville, Tennessee

Date of Stay: July, 2013 - $55.00
Overall Rating:

We camped here for 5 nights. Close to most things in Nashville. Clean campground. Nightly entertainment was great. The staff at this campground maybe the best I have come across. Always had a smile on their face. Showers could be a little wider but that is my only complaint. We will definitely stay here again. Have stayed at the KOA before, but will stay here in the future. We camped at Two Rivers Campground in a Fifth Wheel.

Cooperstown Family Campground, Cooperstown, New York

Date of Stay: May, 2013 - $35.00

After reading the other reviews, I made the reservations with unease. The campground was muddy but it had rained (poured) for days. The bathhouses, while very rustic, were very clean. But I was not expecting Fort Wilderness for $35.00 a night. When we arrived the campsite we were suppose to have was so muddy they gave us a different site. We took up 3 sites. They pulled up signs and helped us back it in. While we were there my husband became ill and needed to go to ER. They called ahead to see the wait time and gave me great directions. We needed gas for the camper (it was very cold that weekend). They went to our camper, got the tank, filled it and hooked it back to camper. They went out of there way for us. We would go back. We camped at Cooperstown Family Campground in a Fifth Wheel.

Ocean Lakes Family Campground, Myrtle Beach, South Carolina

Date of Stay: August, 2010 - $34.00
Overall Rating:

This is our second time at this campground. For a very busy campground, the restrooms/showers are very clean. They seemed to always be in there cleaning. We were very close to the beach. Very clean campground. Make sure you have containers to get their purified water (free). Even with two filter systems on our camper I would not use the water. We were there the last full week in August. When we arrived it was packed. Very busy with golf carts. Many being driven by young drivers. We ride bikes. You have to be very careful. Once the first weekend was over, the campground cleared, golf carts problems corrected themselves. Would stay here again. We camped at Ocean Lakes Family Campground in a Travel Trailer.

Very nice campground. It's clean. It is right on Rt 66. Not far from Lincoln's museum. The campground has a fantastic camper repairman who is very pleasant and excellent. He fixed our broken awning, in 1 morning and was very reasonable. We would stay here again. We camped at Double J Campground and RV Park in a Truck Camper.

Whispering Hills Jellystone Park Camp-Resort (formerly Whispering Hil, Shreve, Ohio

Date of Stay: July, 2010 - $40.00

We stayed here for 3 nights. When we pulled in I knew this would be a nice campground. Beautiful grounds and pond. Very friendly staff. We have stayed in campgrounds with tighter sites, so that was not a problem for us. It is close to most Amish attractions. Had a great miniature golf course. We would stay here again. We camped at Whispering Hills Jellystone Park Camp-Resort (formerly Whispering Hil in a Travel Trailer.
