This is a very clean and very friendly park. The office/store staff are very nice as are the owners. The hookups at each site are very up to date and work very good. The campground is maintained very nice and everything looked great. We try to get here every year as we love it and fine it very peaceful. The pool complex is very nice and many are able to enjoy it. I was a holiday weekend but the noise was not bad at all, maybe a camper or two but no issues. Seasonal camps are neat and although there are golf carts, most all drive very slow and responsible.

Still the Premier Campground in New England. Very clean, very friendly and great activities. We enjoyed the indoor pool and the snack bar. My son took part in many activities. Plenty of staff and all that we talked to were great. Checkout the website to see all that they offer. Well worth the visit. If there is a negative it is the slow wifi, they do offer an upgrade service but it isn't much better.

Quiet and peaceful along the river. Plenty of trees and enjoyable views. Campground is in the process of spring cleaning and adding a new restaurant. Easy to find and nice people. We will return.

First visit and off season but we enjoyed the campground, glad we went. We were in the back section and our site was ok but it could have been a bit larger, had to park the truck in at tough angle. The hook ups all were fine and the neighbors were very friendly. It was somewhat busy for being later in October. The front section had lots of activities with many kids enjoying the bouncy pillow and playground. As we walked there are some really nice sites with plenty of room and some others that are just small. For some with lower trailers, the sewer hook up could be a bit uphill which would be an issue. All in all we are glad we went and will keep it in mind for future trips.

Another great stay, we love it. We had a great site with a great view. Hook ups were great. Check in was quick and easy. We were able to relax here. A lot of the seasonal so we're working all weekend getting ready for the winter. Bought wood and it burned very well, kept us warm all weekend. Just a real nice, pleasant and friendly place to camp. Next year we hope to stay longer and go a little earlier in the season.

First time here and we really liked it. Did not know what to expect but we had a very level pull through site. Hook ups were great. Owners were great and by friendly. Extended our stay and visited the Fyreburg Fair. Nice area, we will return at some point.

Our second trip here and it was as good as the first. This is a very clean and quiet campground. We were able to go boating to check out the lake which is very nice. Not many were there for the weekend and there is definately more activity on the Danforth Bay side of the campground. The staff was good and check in was easy. We will need to do a week during the summer at some point to see the full operation. We love it here.

Price included free night for KOA members. Our first stay and the end of our vacation. We arrived after a 7 hour drive from DC and it was a little tricky finding it as we had to avoid the Parkway but we made it. Very friendly greeting by the owner and we were given a very nice site that she picked for us. Very nice campground and so friendly, everyone was waving to us while driving, walking or sit at the site. They had a band in Sat night which is rare once Labor Day is over. It was an extremely enjoyable bank and we were able to sit at our campfire to enjoy them. This was a great find for us but they are 3.5 hours away without traffic so we will see if we make it back, hopefully we will.

Our first stay here and we loved it. We were given a premium site but had requested a standard. Due to our request to be near the pool, we were given the premium site. We were happy with the upgrade because of location, site size and short walk to the pools. Went in the pool everyday which was nice after a long day walking around DC. We did not use the metro at all but decided to drive to DC and park for free. It was 30 minutes if we were not traveling during rush hour. The store was great, huge RV section. The campground had a lot to offer and we were glad we stayed here. Will stay again at some point.

This was our 2nd stay here. We loved our first stay and this was good, just not as good. Did not seem as friendly as it was 4 years ago. The campground was quiet for the most part and enjoyable. The pool closed after Labor Day which was too bad as it was still hot. They offer bus tours of NYC if there is enough interest but we decided to drive down ourself. It was about 70 miles and we paid $25 to park because we are oversize. Not a bad trip. Our site was good, long but slightly skinny but had crushed stone which kept things clean when it rained. One reason we like it here is is brings us over the Hudson on 84 which is easiest for us. We will return at some point I am sure.

We love this campground, this was our 4th trip there. Our first time since the water slide and splash park has opened. We were able to enjoy that new area as well as the pool, it was very relaxing. Staff and seasonals were very friendly, the store is well stocked and sites are large. Just about everything about this campground is great, the only thing that could be better would be the wifi. We have already booked a weekend for next year.

Our second stay here. We like it a lot the first time so we return. Half the campground is opened with no trees and half is wooded. Lots of activities for the kids and there were plenty of kids around. One note is that the activities are quick so if you miss the start of something it could be over when you get there. We tried the pizza Friday night and found it to be very good, nice to not have to cook after the long drive and traffic we had. Like this campground and the area so we will be back.

Our second time here and we liked it better this time. Found the owners to be very friendly and helpful. Our site was great and we loved our location. Found many friendly campers and lots of kids out having fun. Very happy we returned and we will be back for sure. Nice DJ dance Sat night.

This was an interesting place. Mostly seasonal who are responsible for cutting their own grass I guess because we heard plenty on lawnmovers and other sites were in need of a cutting. Place is quiet and many campers were inside by 9:00. We did not find it to be very buggy, just a little once it got dark. Views of the river were nice but you do get a smell of marsh at low tide. Staff was nice and were most of the campers. We found this campground to be very boring. Partly because it was small so walking it took no time at all and partly because there was nothing to do in the campground or the area. We did use the pool one day which was nice but it could have been a little cleaner. Not sure if we will return.

Another nice stay here. Camped July 4th weekend but had to leave a day early but we're able to leave the camper there overnight and picked it up by checkout the next day. The time we did spend there was good. We were in a different part of the park this time which we liked. Nice staff and very friendly. Store building is nice but not a ton of stuff in the store. Bought some wood but unfortunately they store it outside and do not cover it so it was very wet and was a lot of work to keep a fire going. The area the campground is in just adds to the entire experience so it just makes for a fun all around good time.
