This was an old KOA that was shutdown and new owners bought and run as an independent. They removed all the old trees, upgraded utilities and really cleaned the place up. It is basically a big open grass area that is well maintained. Access from Interstate 5 is great and parking at your site very easy. Sites are level and plenty of room from your neighbors. This is a no frills place but a great place to stopover for the night. Satellite reception is excellent and wifi ok. Check in easy. Plenty of room to walk dogs. Gas and diesel across the street as well as a nice convince store and two restaurants. We'd recommend TJ's as a very good place to eat, recently remodeled with a big menu from breakfast to dinner. Don't miss eating at The Creswell Bakery for breakfast or lunch; it can't be beat for quality food served in an old church. Good Mexican food near the campground also. Campground is adjacent to interstate but noise not too bad. When passing through we will return.

Absolutely the worst rv park I've ever been in. Dirty, crowded, tiny sites, on top of your neighbor. Roads made for cars not rvs, parking is awful. Sites are too small to keep your towed vehicle by you, terrible location in a residential area with nothing Seattle even remotely close by. I can't believe KOA has thier name on this place.

Like others have said this is not a resort. Roads are paved and sites are gravel. This campground has 3 tiers if you will with the middle tier the best with big sites and cleanliness. The upper tier is mostly permies and not so nice. The lower tier is a mixture of permies and overnighters that is. Very tightly spaced. The site we had for a week was large enough for our 41 foot motorhome plus 3 cars if you had that many. Pretty quiet for the most part. Utilities were good as was wifi. Sites are tiered up a hillside but easy access and level. This park is by no means bad but if they would water the grass and spruce up the landscaping I'd rate much higher. Good place to relax as there isn't much to do in the general area. Satellite reception dependent on what site you're in.

Pretty good place. Close to your neighbor. Best Wi-Fi I've ever had. Good channel selection. Quiet with good access to Brookings the nearest town. Definitely would stay again.

Good for overnighters. The outer perimeter is mostly long term but management apparently makes everyone play by the same rules so no trashy sites here. The interior is for short stay and everything worked great as well as excellent wifi. Has a pool but didn't use. Washer and dryer reasonable at a buck for wash and seventy five cents for dry. Spaces are red lava rock and they rake it every time someone leaves. Road noise surprisingly not bad. Would stay here again.

Nice place. Very good utilities. Excellent WiFi. Well laid out park with big sites. Great TV channels and some are HD. Quiet for the most part. Don't know what all the snippy remarks in other reviews are about the lava rock but it won't bother your dog and we didn't track any in. Definitely would stay here again.

Good name for the park. Nothing fancy but clean, quiet, good utilities, excellent WiFii, nicely managed. Away from the Interstate so sleeping is good. Nice town with good restaurants. Plenty of room to walk the dog. Long pull throughs for every site. Good place to stay for a day or two.

$65 rate was for balloon festival; normal rate is half that price. Very nice park and amenities. Great access and very good utilities and cable. Simple free breakfast is offered. Sites are concrete with adequate spacing between. Easy to park in. Road noise from Interstate will wake you in the morning. Spent a week here and would again.

Like others have said; gravel parking lot with good utilities. Desk and store very good. Nice pool. Trains can be bothersome. WiFi never worked while we were there. OK for a brief stopover.

Simple but well cared for park. Rock roads and spaces in very good condition. Very secure behind locked gate. Pull troughs are long and wide and enough room between neighbors. Very nice bathrooms and laundry. Utilities very good as well as WiFi. Quick Mart type place out front for checking in and basic food and other necessities. Five cents a gallon cash back on fuel and the fuel is the least expensive we found on I-40 coming from the west. Nice place, we'd stay again.

Wow, what a nice place out in the desert. Very nicely landscaped, clean, well maintained and managed. Quiet enough to sleep with your windows open. Great utilities and all amenities available. No hesitation to recommend or stop here again. Great place at great price.

First take this is a nice place; after driving through the big iron gates it is a different story. Weirdest utilities I've encountered with the sewer 40 feet in the middle of a 80 foot pull through and the rest of the utilities about 30 feet away. Grass is mostly dead from lack of water and weeds have replaced the grass. A flyer put in your welcome pack instructs you to keep your fresh water tank filled because they run out of water occasionally. Wifi was down. Pool and spa out of service for refinishing. Somewhat noisy due to road by park. I couldn't believe with so many amenities not available they did not reduce rate accordingly.

Like everyone one else has commented; very clean and well managed park with the uniqueness of parking in an orange grove. Be sure to check out the fruit gift shop just around the corner; really a good selection. Definitely will stay again.

Used to be one of our favorite places to stay on the Oregon Coast. This place is in desperate need of some maintenance and some people to take care of it. Outer rim sites are getting so overgrown with sawgrass it is disgusting. None of the landscaping is watered anymore and is univiting. Park hosts and employees could care less how many vehicles park in one space evidenced by many people parking Boats, extra cars, etc. on landscaping with no respect for the overall facility. Not a very nice place to stay anymore.

Small campground but will fit a 40 footer. Easy access from the south. We had a river front site in the shade that was nice. People who own this are working hard to bring maintenance up and it shows. Lovely riverfront and quiet. Utilities good and TV good. WiFi excellent as well as cell phone coverage. Satellite OK from some sites but not all. Good place to kick back and enjoy the river. Close to Grants Pass and allot has to offer. We'll be back.
