Not sure about the resort status here but it is not a resort. Has a restaurant and small pool. Utilities ok but internet bad all times of day. Noisy place to stay with railroad tracks on one side right by a road crossing where the trains blow their whistle; that will get you out of bed early, busy roads on two sides with a lot of noise. Restaurant is very nice with excellent food all 3 meals of day and very decent happy hour. Long term residents take up the perimeter and one whole half of this place with short term delegated to a certain area. Facility for most part is clean and secure. Roads are paved and sites are a fine gravel/sand that tracks in easily and is awfulif wet. We'll go back to the Orange Grove next trip this way.

We use this park frequently but this trip was different. We like to stay in the "new" section with long pull throughs and quiet. We were amiss this time as many long term residents were now here and along with that comes storing people's stuff just about anywhere and overall unkempt condition of the site. When they give you a page full of rules as you all know that only applies to overnighters and the long term do whatever they please. This has always rankled us as short stay guests pay premium nightly rates and the long term usually pay half that for monthly rent. Concerning our site; utilities ok but internet was bad at all times, gravel areas were weedy and trash was obvious on the roadways but the staff never stopped to pick any of it up, just rode by on their cart and ignored everything. Probably due to the recent rainfall the gravel roads were chuckholed bad and looked like they had been that way for awhile. Not sure if we'll come here anymore.

I had heard a lot about this place so decided to check it out. This might have been a nice place at one time but for the most part it is pretty ghetto. Apparently lots can be owned and at that point anything goes. Trashy lots, old rvs, roads and concrete in serious disrepair. One guy even had a pickup on blocks apparently overhauling it complete with oil and grease everywhere. Dogs runs are awful. The smell of urine takes your breath away. Most places set sprinklers in these areas to freshen the area but not here. Sites are a hodgepodge of gravel and concrete. Utilities ok but internet awful any time of day. Lots of little houses on lots, many with for sale signs so that might tell you a little bit about the place. The overall facility is huge but over a third of it is unused as it appears they try to cram everyone; long term and overnighters in one end. They do have lots of activities. We won't be back.

This place is new and everything worked ok, but $60 night is outrageous for this place. Plan on driving several miles through downtown Spokane to get here as there is no other alternative. Satellite reception good as well as cell service. Long terms are already taking up a lot of space and unless some attention is given to their non-compliance of the 3 pages of rules you had to sign off on each page, this place will go downhill quickly. Won't return to this park.

Loved this place. Great owner and clean. Utilities very good. Wifi very good. No AT&T. 8 spaces right on Salmon River. Busy area in daytime but quiet at night. Satellite reception very good.

Small park on a creek. Utilities ok. Location is very good. No wifi. Little to no road noise. Would stay again.

Beautiful place. I generally will not rate a 5 star but this place is very well kept, nice location, wonderful large grass area for people and dogs. Very scenic right on the Columbia River to watch large ships and other river traffic go by. You can fish here also. Restrooms that were in question in some reviews before are remodeled and nice and clean. Great place to rest and kick back with no road noise. Utilities are good; spacing is a little tight but not a concern for any size rig. Easy in and out. Wifi good, AT&T good. Will return again.

This was an old KOA that was shutdown and new owners bought and run as an independent. They removed all the old trees, upgraded utilities and really cleaned the place up. It is basically a big open grass area that is well maintained. Access from Interstate 5 is great and parking at your site very easy. Sites are level and plenty of room from your neighbors. This is a no frills place but a great place to stopover for the night. Satellite reception is excellent and wifi ok. Check in easy. Plenty of room to walk dogs. Gas and diesel across the street as well as a nice convince store and two restaurants. We'd recommend TJ's as a very good place to eat, recently remodeled with a big menu from breakfast to dinner. Don't miss eating at The Creswell Bakery for breakfast or lunch; it can't be beat for quality food served in an old church. Good Mexican food near the campground also. Campground is adjacent to interstate but noise not too bad. When passing through we will return.

Absolutely the worst rv park I've ever been in. Dirty, crowded, tiny sites, on top of your neighbor. Roads made for cars not rvs, parking is awful. Sites are too small to keep your towed vehicle by you, terrible location in a residential area with nothing Seattle even remotely close by. I can't believe KOA has thier name on this place.

Like others have said this is not a resort. Roads are paved and sites are gravel. This campground has 3 tiers if you will with the middle tier the best with big sites and cleanliness. The upper tier is mostly permies and not so nice. The lower tier is a mixture of permies and overnighters that is. Very tightly spaced. The site we had for a week was large enough for our 41 foot motorhome plus 3 cars if you had that many. Pretty quiet for the most part. Utilities were good as was wifi. Sites are tiered up a hillside but easy access and level. This park is by no means bad but if they would water the grass and spruce up the landscaping I'd rate much higher. Good place to relax as there isn't much to do in the general area. Satellite reception dependent on what site you're in.

Pretty good place. Close to your neighbor. Best Wi-Fi I've ever had. Good channel selection. Quiet with good access to Brookings the nearest town. Definitely would stay again.

Good for overnighters. The outer perimeter is mostly long term but management apparently makes everyone play by the same rules so no trashy sites here. The interior is for short stay and everything worked great as well as excellent wifi. Has a pool but didn't use. Washer and dryer reasonable at a buck for wash and seventy five cents for dry. Spaces are red lava rock and they rake it every time someone leaves. Road noise surprisingly not bad. Would stay here again.

Date of Stay:

Nice place. Very good utilities. Excellent WiFi. Well laid out park with big sites. Great TV channels and some are HD. Quiet for the most part. Don't know what all the snippy remarks in other reviews are about the lava rock but it won't bother your dog and we didn't track any in. Definitely would stay here again.

Good name for the park. Nothing fancy but clean, quiet, good utilities, excellent WiFii, nicely managed. Away from the Interstate so sleeping is good. Nice town with good restaurants. Plenty of room to walk the dog. Long pull throughs for every site. Good place to stay for a day or two.

$65 rate was for balloon festival; normal rate is half that price. Very nice park and amenities. Great access and very good utilities and cable. Simple free breakfast is offered. Sites are concrete with adequate spacing between. Easy to park in. Road noise from Interstate will wake you in the morning. Spent a week here and would again.
