Cozy C RV Campground, LLC, Bowling Green, Missouri

Date of Stay: August, 2013 - $23.00
Overall Rating:

A very well maintained RV park. The owners are very helpful and we would stay here again if in the area. Pull-throughs are really back-to-back back-ins, but if the park is not busy then no problem. The park shows pride in ownership. The sites are long enough but a little close. We camped at Cozy C RV Campground, LLC in a Motorhome.

A Prairie Breeze RV Park, Menoken, North Dakota

Date of Stay: July, 2013 - $25.00
Overall Rating:

The earlier post was correct, there are a lot of workers in this park but really no problem. They do park their trucks anywhere sometimes making it difficult to maneuver a big rig with a tow. The site we were in was level and long enough that we didn't have to unhook the tow car. It has no on-site management, so if you call and reserve a site please don't be late - it is basically first come first serve even if you do have a reservation because there is no one on-site to keep people from parking in our site. It has a laundry room that is open 24/7. We camped at A Prairie Breeze RV Park in a Motorhome.

North Park Campground, Dickinson, North Dakota

Date of Stay: July, 2013 - $32.00
Overall Rating:

The people was friendly at the office, and the sites are long - not too level, but really long. As the previous posting said, the roads are dusty, but they were watering them about 2-3 times a day to try to keep the dust under control. Mostly extended stay from the oil fields but no problem. We would use this park again. We camped at North Park Campground in a Motorhome.

Billings KOA, Billings, Montana

Date of Stay: June, 2013 - $85.00
Overall Rating:

KOA has been getting a bad reputation for a while and if this is their "flagship" then I can understand why. We paid $85.00 for one night! They can't help that the cottonwoods are going crazy at this time of the year but we was not able to enjoy the "deluxe" site we had been assigned. The prices at their café was very high and the hours were more convenient for them and not the customers. As the saying goes "been there, done that" We camped at Billings KOA in a Motorhome.

Bear Canyon Campground, Bozeman, Montana

Date of Stay: June, 2013 - $35.00
Overall Rating:

This is an older campground - built before motorhomes got to be big. We are 45' and was put on a corner site and no one was parked next to our other side and that is good because having slide-outs and awnings it would have not worked. Sites are fairly level. We camped at Bear Canyon Campground in a Motorhome.

We would use this campground again if passing thru but it is very pricey for what you get. The big rig sites are long enough and the staff is very nice. Sites were fairly level We camped at Indian Creek Campground in a Motorhome.

Jim & Mary's RV Park, Missoula, Montana

Date of Stay: June, 2013 - $34.00
Overall Rating:

This park is very well maintained and it shows pride in ownership. It has a very homey feeling and would for sure use this park again whenever back in the area. Very tight getting into the pull-thru because of very narrow street and where the trees are placed but once in you have plenty of room. We camped at Jim & Mary's RV Park in a Motorhome.

Lake Pleasant RV Park, Bothell, Washington

Date of Stay: June, 2013 - $44.00
Overall Rating:

We called 6 weeks ahead of arrival so we could book a pull thru knowing that the streets were narrow we didn't want to back a 45' motorhome into a site - we were told no problem. Upon arrival we had been assigned a back-in, which we refused and were immediately reassigned a pull thru. Roads and turns are so narrow you must unhook your tow at the office. With that being said all and all the park was ok and would use it again, but will remember when I call for a reservation the next time I will let them know I really want a pull-thru We camped at Lake Pleasant RV Park in a Motorhome.

Phoenix RV Park, Salem, Oregon

Date of Stay: June, 2013 - $35.00
Overall Rating:

Park is clean and well maintained. It is easy to get into the park but not as easy to get a bug rig out. The surrounding area is safe enough and did not feel it was located in a seedy area as an earlier review said. It is a little difficult to get to and from the highway. We would use this park again. We camped at Phoenix RV Park in a Motorhome.

This park is very good. Friendly and helpful staff. Sites was long and level. Good electric and water pressure. Shuttle to casino or any where we needed to go. First time ever in Oregon and we would for sure use this park again. We travel in a 43' motorhome with a tow and had no problem getting in or out. Nice they also have a travel center for diesel. We camped at Seven Feathers RV Park in a Motorhome.

This is a clean RV park and will use it again when we are in the area. We came in when the office was closed but once we called the host she immediately came to the office. The sites were fairly level and long for big rigs. Would use this park again if back in the area We camped at Yreka RV Park in a Motorhome.

Sparks Marina RV Park, Sparks, Nevada

Date of Stay: May, 2013 - $20.00
Overall Rating:

The only thing that kept this RV park from getting a 10 is the trees. They are positioned where if you have your satellite on top of your rig the your signal is blocked. They do maintain this park well. We have stayed here several times and will continue using this park while in the area, but we noticed this time they didn't really enforced their rules and this was bothering to us because we noticed that RV parks who do not enforce their rules can become an unpleasant place. Handy to see Reno and the surrounding area. For big rigs this is a great place - easy in and easy out We camped at Sparks Marina RV Park in a Motorhome.
