North Crest RV Park, Waco, Texas

Date of Stay: May, 2016 - $35.00
Overall Rating:

Good park for a couple of days to visit Waco. The owner is real helpful. You have to get a box from the office and be able to connect it to one of your TVs to use the cable. Antenna received plenty of stations for us. There is no store or playground and one bathhouse with two rooms, no male or female. The sites are level concrete with parking for toad or tow. Each site has picnic table and BBQ grill. There is ALOT of road noise but shouldn't be a supprise. Lots of shade especially for a Texas campground. We would stay here again. We camped at North Crest RV Park in a Motorhome.

Hot Springs National Park KOA, Hot Springs, Arkansas

Date of Stay: May, 2016 - $36.00
Overall Rating:

Great park. We stayed 3 nights, although it rained 3 inches during our visit there was little to no mud or drainage issues. Wifi and cable worked great the first day, but I think the rain caused issues after that. Easy access to the downtown and the OHV area. Bathrooms were excellent. Plenty of walking room for pets. The putt putt and the pool was not open, I didn't see a playground for kids. We camped at Hot Springs National Park KOA in a Motorhome.

Horse Cave KOA, Horse Cave, Kentucky

Date of Stay: August, 2013 - $44.00
Overall Rating:

Ok RV park. The site we were first given "with shade" had none, and the site was so sloped we could not level our RV. We were able to move to a site with shade but still had to lift the right front tire 12 inches off the ground to get close to level. WiFi is ok, better than most. You will hear the interstate highway. Ok place to stay, however we will try another campground next time we come this way. We camped at Horse Cave KOA in a Motorhome.

Up the Creek RV Camp, Pigeon Forge, Tennessee

Date of Stay: May, 2012 - $34.00
Overall Rating:

Nice little park, paved road, level gravel spots with concrete patios. Quite with nothing to do at the campground but play in the creek. Easy drive to smokie Mountains. Large grocery store and small market, deli close. WiFi and cable work great. No bathrooms provided, if you need them stay somewhere else. We loved the quite and the price. New park, hope it stays the way it is now! We camped at Up the Creek RV Camp in a Motorhome.

Great park, clean, shaded, and we had a full hookup site. Camp in the woods, walk to the beach or pier. We made reservations during the week, the full hookups go fast. Reservations can be made 11 months out. Don't pass up this wonderful park. We camped at Myrtle Beach State Park in a Motorhome.

Wilmington KOA, Wilmington, North Carolina

Date of Stay: May, 2012 - $65.00
Overall Rating:

Clean park, lots of stuff for kids. Pool looked clean and well maintained. The location is perfect for Wilmington. Negatives very dusty, the roads and sites are dirt (powder). Trash pickup is not often enough, the squirrels tear the bags waiting to be picked up. Adding some trash cans would be nice. Ask for a shady spot and got the least shade in the whole park, we were able to move to a better site. Overall very good park. I'll stay here again. We camped at Wilmington KOA in a Motorhome.

Lookout Mtn. / Chattanooga West KOA, Trenton, Georgia

Date of Stay: May, 2010 - $38.00
Overall Rating:

Nice CG close to Chattanooga, 15-10 min to ruby falls etc. This is my second stay here. Pool is nice, pet friendly, long hiking trials to walk your dogs. Plenty of shade on most of the sites. Close to interstate 59 and 24, but far enough the there's no road noise. Good CG for over night or long term. I would stay here again, we camped in a 35 foot motorhome. We camped at Lookout Mtn. / Chattanooga West KOA in a Motorhome.
