Vegas Storage & RV Campground, Las Vegas, New Mexico

Date of Stay: February, 2014 - $20.00
Overall Rating:

Great overnight location. A little difficult to find. Would recommend using a nav device. Very nice restrooms and showers. Nothing real fancy to the place as it is also a storage lot, but nonetheless comfy. Visited in February, so had pick of the sites. Late night check in was not a problem. Just use night drop. Stayed here twice in 3 weeks as we were going south and then returning home. Will definitely stay here again. We camped at Vegas Storage & RV Campground in a Motorhome.

Canyon Motel & RV Park, Williams, Arizona

Date of Stay: February, 2014 - $43.00
Overall Rating:

Very well maintained campground. Very friendly staff. Campground backs up to National Forest property and allows for great area to walk pets. Wi-Fi and cable worked great. Our stay was in Feb, so campground was just about empty. Williams is a great little town to spend some time in. Good restaurants and a quaint downtown area. Lots of attractions. Only issue I have is the campground is overpriced for this time of year as many of the amenities were shut down due to the time of year. I would recommend staying here, but would wait until spring or summer to get full benefit of the price. We camped at Canyon Motel & RV Park in a Motorhome.

San Felipe's Casino Hollywood, San Felipe, New Mexico

Date of Stay: February, 2013 - $10.00
Overall Rating:

Great overnight place. Gravel sites with electric. Casino buffet is good, especially the prime rib. Easy in and out for big rigs. Very pleased with the site and the staff. Just go into casino, locate security and let them know which site you've chosen. Pay the $10 and they come out and unlock the power. We had a great time and won enough at the casino to pay for site, the evening buffet and some gas. Would definitely stay again. The easiest and cheapest 1 night stay we've yet to experience. We camped at San Felipe's Casino Hollywood in a Motorhome.

Pueblo El Mirage RV Resort (55+ park), El Mirage, Arizona

Date of Stay: February, 2013 - $61.00
Overall Rating:

What a beautiful resort. Lots of great amenities. A coach more than 10 years old needs approval to stay at resort. Wi-Fi is only for their computer room or close proximity to it. We did not have this service on our site. We also were given the wrong site and cable TV did not work. They did deduct charge from our bill. Very surprised they do not have some kind of cheap, or free visit days to explore the resort. I would have gladly attended a sales pitch to stay for a few days at a much lower rate. Highly recommend staying here if you can afford the price. Longer stays have lower rates. Would have rated this resort a 10 if not for the snafu about our reserved spot and the untruth about the WiFi. We camped at Pueblo El Mirage RV Resort (55+ park) in a Motorhome.

Fort Bridger RV Camp, Fort Bridger, Wyoming

Date of Stay: May, 2012 - $35.00
Overall Rating:

Very nice park with very friendly folks. Half of the park is used for seasonal workers, but there are still plenty of sites. Great pull through with 50A, water, sewer, and cable. Nicely kept grounds. The showers are EXCEPTIONAL! I've never been in a campground that has individual bathrooms for guests. There are four complete bathrooms with showers in the bath house. Very clean and large baths. Easy access to park from interstate. Cash only. We camped at Fort Bridger RV Camp in a Motorhome.
