Walnut Point State Park, Oakland, Illinois

Date of Stay: August, 2010 - $20.00
Overall Rating:

Very nice and quiet park. Easy access to lake for fishing and boating. Band played on Saturday night. Very quiet through out the park. Rangers and Camp Host were present numerous times during the day. Trash cans with lids were located between each site and picked up each morning. We camped at Walnut Point State Park in a Travel Trailer.

Up the Creek RV Camp, Pigeon Forge, Tennessee

Date of Stay: August, 2010 - $32.00
Overall Rating:

Very quiet park approx 10 minutes from downtown Pigeon Forge. Well spaced sites, very clean, open ground between two creeks for kids/dogs/walking. Once trees have matured along inside sites, it will help greatly with the heat and sun. If your looking to camp somewhere and not be smashed up against your neighbor or have to listen to their kids, dogs, fights, parties, this is the place. We camped at Up the Creek RV Camp in a Travel Trailer.
