Grant County Fairgrounds RV Park, John Day, Oregon

Date of Stay: August, 2010 - $20.00
Overall Rating:

There are very few campgrounds around John Day, but this is one of the best campgrounds we had used in several years. It is the honor system for an overnight stay, they charge $20.00 for a nice shaded site with full hookups. It is part of the Grant County Fairgrounds, so it is well maintained. The best part was the deer just walking through the campsite all day long. A must stop for anyone who is traveling through that part of Central Oregon. We camped at Grant County Fairgrounds RV Park in a Motorhome.

Granite Lake Premier RV Resort, Clarkston, Washington

Date of Stay: July, 2010 - $35.00
Overall Rating:

This is an outstanding park with outstanding service! I have been there many times and have always enjoyed my stay. The spaces are just the right width for a 40ft motorhome, and the Snake River is right before you. There is a nice breeze in the evening to help alleviate the flying pests. The campground is one of four in the family, all well taken care of and staffed with the just the right people. We camped at Granite Lake Premier RV Resort in a Motorhome.

Great Falls KOA, Great Falls, Montana

Date of Stay: July, 2010 - $62.00
Overall Rating:

Nice park, an older park with very narrow sites. The width of the sites is something to be desired, no room to stake out pets and spouses. Otherwise a great park, we spent two days just vegging out there. We camped at Great Falls KOA in a Motorhome.

Outstanding KOA; has friendly staff, nice wide spot with very mature shade trees. Enjoyed the thunder storms as they rolled through. Differently would go back! We camped at Dillon KOA in a Motorhome.

Polson / Flathead Lake KOA, Polson, Montana

Date of Stay: July, 2010 - $60.00
Overall Rating:

We have stayed at this park before, the first time in 1994. The are also a Motor Coach Resort with some outstanding views of Flathead Lake and the mountains behind. Just watching the sunrise is a experience that you will remember the rest of your life. Definitely make an attempt to stay here for a couple of days, you will not regret it. We camped at Polson / Flathead Lake KOA in a Motorhome.
