Blake Ranch RV Park & Horse Motel, Kingman, Arizona

Date of Stay: August, 2010 - $27.00
Overall Rating:

Great overnight stop which appeared to be much of their business. We did not have a reservation, but got a great, large, pull-through spot. Would definitely recommend this park! Hosts were friendly. Sites were clean. We camped at Blake Ranch RV Park & Horse Motel in a Motorhome.

Lightner Creek Campground, Durango, Colorado

Date of Stay: August, 2010 - $46.00
Overall Rating:

Kids loved camping along the small creek. Creek-side spots offer plenty of shade. Park is very quiet and close to town. Staff is extremely friendly and present: they drive around nightly in a golf cart to "check-in" with campers. Spaces were tight and doors face neighbors (not a lot of privacy). No campfires are allowed here. We camped at Lightner Creek Campground in a Motorhome.

Portal RV Resort and Campground, Moab, Utah

Date of Stay: August, 2010 - $40.00
Overall Rating:

We stayed in the very clean and well kept South Side of the park. Almost everything looks new and first-rate. The pool and showers are resort-like. The landscaping is beautiful. The sites are HUGE and level. There seem to be no camp hosts: didn't see anyone from the resort after checking in. Park did not feel very secure as there was little staff presence. There is no store or laundry. We camped at Portal RV Resort and Campground in a Motorhome.

Oasis Las Vegas RV Resort, Las Vegas, Nevada

Date of Stay: August, 2010 - $45.00
Overall Rating:

What a great park! Last time in Vegas we stayed at a casino's RV park: what a mistake. Many friends recommended Oasis. They were right, Oasis was indeed a resort. Friendly staff, fun mini golf course, top-notch pool and clubhouse. Our kids loved the sand beach and waterfall at the pool. We also liked the level sites with plenty of room between rigs. We camped at Oasis Las Vegas RV Resort in a Motorhome.

Zion River Resort RV Park & Campground, Virgin, Utah

Date of Stay: August, 2010 - $58.00
Overall Rating:

Well kept and beautiful park. Plenty of shade. Friendly and helpful staff who drove around on a golf cart nightly to "check-in" with folks. We had fun playing ping pong in the recreation room and played the Zion trivia game with camp hosts. This park is clean. Has level sites with plenty of room in between rigs. We would stay here again. We camped at Zion River Resort RV Park & Campground in a Motorhome.
