Mill Creek Ranch RV & Cottage Resort, Canton, Texas

Date of Stay: August, 2010 - $40.00
Overall Rating:

My kids asked if we could come back here for spring break (and that's a 5 hour drive for us) because this place was that great! Everything was immaculate! Absolutely level sites, bathroom and shower were cleaner than mine, and the pool was awesome! So beautiful! Well worth the money! We camped at Mill Creek Ranch RV & Cottage Resort in a Travel Trailer.

Roosevelt State Park, Morton, Mississippi

Date of Stay: August, 2010 - $24.00
Overall Rating:

First of all let me say this was a beautiful area with forest and lake, WOW! Price was cheap! Bathroom/showers were very dirty! And the worst thing is we were invaded by ants! A lot of ants! Don't know if that was just our luck of the site we chose or what. If we could stay there without the infestation we would in a heartbeat just for the scenery despite the bathroom/showers. We camped at Roosevelt State Park in a Travel Trailer.

Bull Run Regional Park, Centreville, Virginia

Date of Stay: August, 2010 - $36.00
Overall Rating:

Nice, clean regional park. Sites are private and located in a beautiful wooded area. Bathrooms and showers were clean but could use some updating. It is a little difficult to get to with some narrow and winding roads. Close to D.C. The gun range is a nuisance when it is open but we were gone most of the day. Air traffic is the other nuisance and it goes round the clock but not so much as to make us not recommend this nice park. We camped at Bull Run Regional Park in a Travel Trailer.

Sleepy Hollow Lake & Campground, Keeling, Virginia

Date of Stay: August, 2010 - $24.00
Overall Rating:

Nice park, our site was fairly unlevel. Area was clean. Had some permanent folks but that was not a problem. The only thing was the laundry room needed some cleaning and the dryers took forever!! We were only here for a stop over but would recommend. We camped at Sleepy Hollow Lake & Campground in a Travel Trailer.

American Heritage RV Park, Williamsburg, Virginia

Date of Stay: August, 2010 - $40.00
Overall Rating:

This park was really nice. Sites were a little close together. We were originally assigned a site in the very back that did not look very level, also it looked like someone was in our site. When we went back to the office they took my husband out and found a different site. This time it was on concrete and level. Bathrooms and showers were amazing. Very clean! Slide was a little pricey so my kids did not use. Pool was nice. About the only problem was too few washers and dryers for as many people as was here. We stayed for 4 nights. Will definitely stay here again!! We camped at American Heritage RV Park in a Travel Trailer.

Fort Chiswell RV Park, Max Meadows, Virginia

Date of Stay: August, 2010 - $30.00
Overall Rating:

This was a clean, well kept campground. Several cows close by but no smell. Pool was clean. Not very many trees so that made it seem wide open. Was easy to maneuver in. Bathroom and showers were clean. Would recommend. We camped at Fort Chiswell RV Park in a Motorhome.

Nashville East / Lebanon KOA (formerly Countryside Resort), Lebanon, Tennessee

Date of Stay: July, 2010 - $36.00
Overall Rating:

This was a nice park for our one night stay. It was a up on a hill with a little of a tight curve but we handled it ok with our trailer. Pool was nice for the kids. Site was fairly level. It was clean and well kept. There was ample space around us. We only stayed for a stop over but would not hesitate to recommend this park. We camped at Nashville East / Lebanon KOA (formerly Countryside Resort) in a Travel Trailer.

J.B.'s RV Park & Campground, Benton, Arkansas

Date of Stay: July, 2010 - $22.00
Overall Rating:

This campground was your basic wooded area. Site was fairly level, clean. Quiet and secluded. Owners were friendly and helpful. Was easy to find. Nice lake but we did not fish. We were here only as a stop over but would not hesitate to recommend to others. Can't say about bathroom or showers as we did not use them. We camped at J.B.'s RV Park & Campground in a Travel Trailer.

Caprock Canyons State Park, Quitaque, Texas

Date of Stay: June, 2010 - $18.00
Overall Rating:

This is a beautiful state park. Site was slightly unlevel. Ample space between sites. Nice hiking paths. Bathroom/showers were OK. They were short handed the weekend we went so did not have the planned activities so that was a bummer. We will definitely be going back! We camped at Caprock Canyons State Park in a Travel Trailer.
