Chris' Camp, Spearfish, South Dakota

Date of Stay: August, 2010 - $32.00
Overall Rating:

We stayed at Chris' Camp immediately after the area had been inundated by bikers for the rally at Sturgis, SD. The staff were very helpful with getting us into our site, providing travel information and making our stay enjoyable. The site was shaded and spacious. I would definitely stay here again if I visit lower South Dakota. We camped at Chris' Camp in a Fifth Wheel.

Lynden / Bellingham KOA, Lynden, Washington

Date of Stay: July, 2010 - $45.00
Overall Rating:

Camp personnel were friendly and helpful. The lake and grounds were well kept. The sites were level but tight fits for my 3 slide-outs. The Wi-Fi would not reach my camper even though we were about 100 feet from the office. The pool was nice but was lacking seating or shaded areas. The location was close to the Canadian border for day trips into Vancouver. We would probably stay here again if in the area. We camped at Lynden / Bellingham KOA in a Fifth Wheel.

Visalia / Sequoia National Park KOA, Visalia, California

Date of Stay: June, 2010 - $35.00
Overall Rating:

We stopped at Visalia/Fresno South KOA on our way to Yosemite National Park. The staff were helpful and even helped us book our next stop at another park. The pool was delightfully cool in the midst of the summer. Showers, restrooms, and laundry were all clean and functional. I would stay here again if I pass through this part of California. We camped at Visalia / Sequoia National Park KOA in a Fifth Wheel.
