Decent campground, clean showers, close to interstate. No shade at our site, and it was 100 degrees. Would stay here for a night again if in the area.

Date of Stay:

Good place for a night or two, not a destination. Highway noise wasn't too bad. Staff friendly. Sites are only 19 ft wide for pull-throughs. Not much to see in town. Restrooms and showers were nice. Would stay here for a night or two.

Date of Stay:

Rate was Passport America. Scenic, wooded campsites, quiet. Pull through sites. Would return if in the area.

Date of Stay:

Only a few 50 amp sites and they are back-ins. No unobstructed view for satellite at 50 amp sites. Many seasonals but kept up. Sites are dirt and not level. Beautiful new pool for the kids. Bathrooms and laundry were rustic and need updating. Pay for 3 weeks and get the 4th week free. Their monthly rate is for 28 days, not 30. Would return when in the area.

Date of Stay:

Nice campground on Milford Lake. Our loop had only 30 amp and water, no sewer. There is a boat ramp nearby and some shady spots. Rate reflects Federal senior pass. Be advised that the campground is located 11 miles from the interstate. We were told that 50 amp sites are at another park.

Ok for an overnight. There were lots of flies when we got there...don't know why. Owners friendly and helpful. Restrooms were clean. Be advised the town is almost completely dead. Windows and doors "downtown " were boarded up, but there was a decent-sized grocery store, the only business we saw. Campground is for sale. Rate is PPA.

Be advised that the campground is located about 10 miles west of the interstate. There is a tight turn coming out of the campground. Campground is on Big Thompson River. Some sites are riverfront. Sites rather close together. Staff friendly. Some shade. Walking trail and fenced dog yard. Clean restrooms and laundry. Had to pay an extra $1 a day for WI-FI.

Date of Stay:

Located behind Ft. Caspar Museum. No sign for campground on the highway so it took awhile how to get to it. The entrance is very scenic and staff was friendly, but the campground itself was a big disappointment. It is essentially a big gravel parking lot in the full sun with lots of permanent residents on the perimeter. There was no picnic table at the site. The bathrooms were very clean, but be advised that the toilet stalls have shower curtains rather than doors.

Sites are close together and two spaces share electricity and water hook ups. Staff friendly. Great views of the Badlands. Ok for a night or two. The town is very, very small and there is only a gas station, bar/grill, post office, and a small food/convenience store. The closest drug store is 30 miles through the park to Wall Drugs. The campground is for sale.

Rate reflects Passport America discount. This campground was nice for a couple of days. No shade, but temps pleasant. Very clean bathrooms. Very friendly campground hosts. Only heard the train in the daytime. The town of Summit is well past its prime with only one restaurant, a small hardware store, and a grocery store that I would be leery of eating food from (lack of turnover). Otherwise, everything is boarded up.The nearest town in either direction is 30 miles away.

Date of Stay:

No Wi-Fi at site unless you are close to the office/house. Bathrooms were old, but clean. Sites close together. Only campground in area. Note: don't expect to see any falls in International Falls as there aren't any.

Date of Stay:

PPA rate. New owners since June, very friendly. Bathrooms clean, but need modernizing. Site not level. Lots of highway noise, so bring a white noise machine or fan. Rumbling train noise at 5 am. Not bad for an overnight stay.

Date of Stay:

Rate reflects Passport America rate. Very quiet campground. Bathrooms are rather dated but appeared clean. Owner was very nice and helpful. Sites are shady.

Date of Stay:

Rate reflects Passport America rate. Campground is down in a valley so there was no wi-fi or cell phone service. No full hookup sites available for us as most of the sites are seasonal sites. Mosquitoes were very bad at dusk. OK for a one night stopover. I would look for another campground if longer than one night.

Date of Stay:

Right off the interstate, and I was pleasantly surprised that there was no interstate noise to speak of. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Individual bathroom/shower was very clean. Wifi worked well. Would definitely return.
