Tiger Run RV Resort is a very nice park with paved roads and pads and beautiful landscaping. But it is still a RV park and not worth anywhere close to $70/day. We have stayed at similar quality parks at nearly half the price. The site we were assigned overlooked a mountain side where almost all the trees were dead.

Spruce Lake RV Park is a good news bad news story. The goods news is it is conveniently located to the Rocky Mountain National Park. The bad news is it is an old facility and sometimes over-crowded. The interior roads are not paved and most of the sites have little or no grass. Multiple cars are allowed at the sites, barking dogs can be a problem and trash dumpsters are often over-filled and located in the middle of the park in plain site, the smell can be offensive.
