Oceanview RV Park, Homer, Alaska

Date of Stay: July, 2010 - $45.00
Overall Rating:

This campground is one of the poorest that we stayed at during our Alaskan trip. The sites are extremely narrow, short, and grossly misrepresented. We had made reservations for three nights. There were no refunds available, as we were going to move. There were large motorhomes on either side of us, both with slideouts, when the slideouts were extended, we barely had room to open our entrance door. If we would have had a slideout, it would not have been possible to use it. We camped at Oceanview RV Park in a Travel Trailer.

Discovery Yukon Lodgings, White River, Yukon

Date of Stay: July, 2010 - $25.00
Overall Rating:

The owners/hosts of White River are wonderful people. We were there one night on the way to Alaska, and like it so well, we stayed 4 nights on the return trip. The sites are wide and long, and the water quality is excellent. This is a great place to enjoy the Yukon wilderness. We camped at Discovery Yukon Lodgings in a Travel Trailer.
