Greer's Pine Shadows, Flagstaff, Arizona

Date of Stay: April, 2013 - $34.00
Overall Rating:

This park was right in the center of all the places we wanted to see, like the Grand Canyon, Meteor Creator, Sidonia, etc. The acting manager was the great and he helped us and gave us a lot of good local information as where to eat and places to see. The park was all gravel and we needed to use boards to level the camper. There are some long term permanent residence sites. Internet was a problem on the site unless you went to the office area. We camped at Greer's Pine Shadows in a Fifth Wheel.

Outdoor Living RV Park, Russellville, Arkansas

Date of Stay: April, 2013 - $28.00
Overall Rating:

Found this park on our GPS. Was perfect for our overnight stop. The manager was extremely helpful. The park seems to have a lot of permanent residents. The RV sites were very tight. This looks more like a long term living park than a RV park, but they did have a few open spaces for transients. We camped at Outdoor Living RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.

Rancheros de Santa Fe Campground, Santa Fe, New Mexico

Date of Stay: April, 2013 - $32.00
Overall Rating:

Nice clean park with Friendly and helpful owners. We would stay here again. Close to Old Santa Fe. Located right off a main road so you will have some road noise if your put in the front sites. The park roads are gravel as our the sites so you have some dust as people drive past. We camped at Rancheros de Santa Fe Campground in a Fifth Wheel.

Nice park for visiting Vegas , Hoover Dam and death Valley. All concrete pads and grass. The park was very clean but a little crowded, with a lot of people parking on the road by their campers because sites were short. We camped at Arizona Charlie's Las Vegas RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.

Pontchartrain Landing, New Orleans, Louisiana

Date of Stay: March, 2013 - $35.00
Overall Rating:

Nice park close to the French Quarter. People were all friendly and they had a restaurant and bar on site that served great food. Roads were gravel so when the wind blew it was a bit dusty but you could overlook that because of the nice landscaping and your right on the water. I would stay here again. We camped at Pontchartrain Landing in a Fifth Wheel.
