Our site was very nice, spacious, and clean, with some privacy from our neighbors. They have gravel roads, and campsites are on grass/dirt (sand). We didn't use the showers or restrooms, but the one we checked was clean. The place is like a maze, the roads wind around, and there are tall trees so you can't really see where you are. They have signs posted so you can wind your way to your site pretty easily. The reason I down graded the service was because as big as this place is, and the way the roads wind around, they had no one to lead you to your site. It was sort of overwhelming following their map to your site. But we made it with no problems, and was able to get in & out during our stay without getting lost. Our site was pretty level, also it was open enough that we could have used our satellite if we'd put it out. But it didn't look like you could have at all sites. They sell tickets for the ferry to Mackinaw Island at the camp store, and there is even a free shuttle with 2 stops in the park to the ferry dock. They pick you up at the campground, and are waiting for you when you get off the ferry to take you back.

Stayed here for about 5 days. Very nice park & very clean. Asphalt roads, and concrete to park camper on. But it's way too expensive for our tastes. It was the only place we could get reservations, as not only were we there over the 4th of July, but the Cherry Festival was going on also. The only reason I gave it a 7 is because of the price, but we were paying for the amenities we didn't use...pool, etc. This is mainly a place where you buy a campsite (ours was for sale at $35,000.00). Would I stay there again? No, but only because of the rates.

Stayed here 3 nights, and really enjoyed the area. There is a lot to see & do in the Holland area. We really enjoyed our time there. The campground was outstanding, even had a small pond with free fishing! Staff was outstanding, campground was clean sites were spacious. Would definitely stay there again! The cost per night was an estimate, it cost a total of $108.00 for 3 nights camping, including tax.

Stayed here to visit Ludington, it is a bit of a drive, but the campground is well worth it. Most of the people here leave their rigs here year round, but all that we talked with were super friendly, and the staff was outstanding!! We spent 5 days here. Would stay here again in a heartbeat! Level campsite with FHU. Rate was PA, except the weekend was full price.

This is a Passport America park, and the rate reflects this. The photos on the website aren't exactly what is actually here. We are parked on grass/dirt, but there is a concrete pad for a patio. We were going to stay here for 3 days, & looked around to see if there was anything that suited us better, but decided to stay for the 14 days they allow with PA. We at first were put in a pull through with concrete, & when we extended our stay we got moved to the other site. We parked as far back as we could & still step out the door on to the concrete. I had to use 2 sewer hoses & barely got hooked up, and had to use 50' of water hose. It rained while there & we had to walk in mud from the patio to the truck. Everyone we've talked to-staff included were very friendly. Probably would stay here again.

We loved this park! When we entered the park, our tires never left concrete. Level shaded sites, that weren't stacked on top of each other. The staff was accommodating & friendly. We will definitely stay there again.

We have stayed in this campground twice on our way to Colorado. It's nothing fancy, but serves the purpose for an overnight stay on the road. The owners were very nice people, and live on site. We will stay there again when in the area! The above rate is with Passport America.
