Rate reflects monthly price, not counting electric. This is a very nice campground. We were here 5 years ago and it has gotten even better. There is a new office/laundry/showers building and the old laundry/shower building is being refurbished. Everything is clean and the grounds are meticulously kept. The staff is very courteous and helpful. There are lots of shade trees. The park is in town but very quiet. Groceries, restaurants, post office are all within walking distance. St. George is a short drive with excellent shopping and restaurants. We stayed in one of their "super sites" which are very spacious with a concrete pad and patio. Wifi was a bit slow when the park was full so we used our Verizon mifi most of the time. They had good cable. We will stay here again when visiting relatives in the area.

This park is very nice. It is a little farther off the interstate than the other parks here, but well worth the extra mile. The owners were very friendly and helpful. The sites are long pull-throughs. The hookups were very convenient. There are some trees and the owner warned us that our satellite dish might not work in our site. We used their cable. Our Verizon MiFi worked fine so we did not use the park Wi-Fi. The park is well maintained. We will definitely stay here again.

Rate reflects weekly price. We choose this campground because we couldn't find a big rig site in Moab for a week. The manager was very pleasant. Our site was a large and level pull-thru. All utilities worked even though our surge suppressor registered high voltage a couple of times. The Wi-Fi was a little slow but our Verizon air card worked well. Cable worked well. The laundry is very large but it it open to the public, not just the campground. It is not the cleanest and about half of the machines were out of order but I managed to get our laundry done just fine. We would stay here again.

This is one of the nicest parks we have ever stayed in. The sites are large and level with concrete pads and concrete patios. All utilities worked well. Wi-Fi was not working when we arrived but they worked very hard to get it repaired. Our Verizon air card worked well. There is a large rec hall. The laundry and showers were the cleanest I have ever seen. Many regulars return every summer. They put out a community garden which they share with everyone. The grounds are beautifully landscaped and maintained. The owners are the nicest people you could hope to meet. We will definitely stay here again when we are in the area.

This is a very nice RV Park. The owners are extremely courteous and helpful. This park in is the small town of Lake City. You can walk to many restaurants and stores. The Wi-Fi is very good. All utilities worked well. Our Verizon phone said "Extended Network" but worked well. There is a laundry that was clean and well kept. We didn't use the restrooms or showers so cannot comment on those. We would stay here again.

This is a very nice RV park. Price reflects monthly rate. The sites are very spacious. There is a view of the mountains on one side and a view of the city skyline on the other. This is a fairly new park and they are still working on it. The manager was very friendly and helpful. Some of the sites didn't appear completely level, but ours was. The Wi-Fi was a little slow so we used our Verizon air card. All utilities worked well. There is a small laundry which was clean and well kept. It is in the city, so there is traffic noise, but the campground is convenient to all the local attractions. We would stay here again.
