Riverside Resort RV Park, Laughlin, Nevada

Date of Stay: April, 2016 - $15.00
Overall Rating:

Park was crowded but we got a good back-in site on upper level with plenty of room. Staff at front desk very helpful. We did have an issue with electrical. On the only day we used air conditioner the parks 30amp breaker tripped. We don't know why as none of our breakers tripped. Luckily we weren't away long. Still our dogs got a little overheated. A little scary as we've never had this happen before or since. Couldn't contact office as they close at 4:00pm and we left next day before they opened. We camped at Riverside Resort RV Park in a Motorhome.

Terry Bison Ranch Resort, Cheyenne, Wyoming

Date of Stay: August, 2014 - $40.00
Overall Rating:

Let me start by saying that we have stayed here before and had a lot better experience. This time though it was not so good. The first spot we were given was completely flooded. The next spot was very narrow and to make matters worse we had to move a picnic table and someone's boots from the middle of the pad. We were jammed between what looked like workers trailers. Lots of junk. We should have left then, but were so tired we figured we could make it through one night. How wrong we were. At about 1:30 in the morning, we heard banging on the door of trailer next to us. A loud argument ensued for about 10 minutes. Not the end of the world but I don't think we'll stay there again. Maybe they shouldn't cram travelers in amongst the workers and more permanent guests. A little gravel in the flooded pull-thrus might also help. We camped at Terry Bison Ranch Resort in a Fifth Wheel.
