Cahokia RV Parque, Cahokia, Illinois

Date of Stay: June, 2018 - $40.00
Overall Rating:

WiFi is advertised, which is true, but signal is so weak it was unusable. Interior gravel roads and parking pads need attention in the transient section. Most of the park is filled with permanent trailers. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Some sites are back-to-back or can be pull-through when available. This RV park is easy to get to, and easy to navigate with the exception of water hookup is near the road on the drivers side, which requires caution when leaving a site. We camped at Cahokia RV Parque in a Motorhome.

Interstate Campground & RV Center, Byron, Georgia

Date of Stay: September, 2015 - $25.00
Overall Rating:

Office was locked at 4 PM when we arrived. Note on door said "I'm on mower somewhere in park, come find me". FHU connections were side-by-side on some sites, others not. Sewer connections were at either extreme of sites, with some on starboard side of site. the back of the park was somewhat shabby.

I inquired of two residents of the park as to whereabouts of manager, both appeared intoxicated and rambling in speech. We did not stay because we did not find the manager, choosing to find another RV park.

I do not recommend Interstate RV park to anyone. We camped at Interstate Campground & RV Center in a Motorhome.

A-Okay RV Mobile Home and RV park, Dothan, Alabama

Date of Stay: February, 2014 - $25.00
Overall Rating:

This newly-created RV park is located at 5081 Third Ave.; 3 miles South of Dothan bypass. Phone for detailed directions and reservations. When completed there will be 35 pull-throughs, presently there are three. This country-setting is teeming with wildlife and is very quiet. We camped at A-Okay RV Mobile Home and RV park in a Motorhome.

Des Moines West KOA, Adel, Iowa

Date of Stay: June, 2012 - $42.00
Overall Rating:

All pull-through sites. The first row sites are somewhat unlevel and required me to unhook our 5er to obtain leveling, inconvenient for an overnight stop. The owner is very helpful and friendly. He helped us in every way possible. We camped at Des Moines West KOA in a Fifth Wheel.

Famil-E-Fun Campground and RV Park, Mitchell, South Dakota

Date of Stay: June, 2012 - $28.00
Overall Rating:

This RV park is about 3/4 mile South of I-90. There is very little road noise. Every site is level and shaded by large, old-growth shade trees. We camped at Famil-E-Fun Campground and RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.
