First the good. The park was quiet while sleeping. The check in was easy and smooth. The sites are a decent size. But there are a lot of full timers and for the most part, their sites are marginally kept up. But there are lots of barking dogs and workers start their trucks very early in the morning and leave them running for 20 minutes. The full timers walk through your site without a thought to privacy. The bathrooms are relatively clean BUT extremely dated and run down. We were basically disappointed and will not be back.

We are sorry to give this a low rating since the park itself isn't horrible. But the traffic and airplane noise is way way too much for anyone who is a light sleeper (which we are). This was pretty much one of the noisiest places we have ever stayed. Right up there with a park off of 101 in California and a park by LAX. Wi-fi is sporadic. The bathrooms were actually very clean. We were surprised since there are so many permanent residents with lots of stuff around their units. We will not return due the noise!

This place is noting to write home about! We had to stay for business but couldn't wait to leave. The train horn all night long is not good. Some of the permanent resident places are really in shambles. OK in a pinch but we will not be back.

First off the location and scenery are wonderful. Easy on and off the freeway (I-80). Lots of space to walk. The laundry area wasn't too bad. The showers and restroom combos could definitely use some scrubbing and renovations. I wouldn't take a shower in any of them. There was no soap in the wash sink after using the toilet. Yuck. What do the employees use? Double yuck! Good enough for an overnight stay.

Oh my! We love this place. It is laid out so well. It is groomed and clean and gorgeous. We will be back. I cannot say a nothing bad about it!! And we are fussy!

OMG. This is what an RV Resort should be. Escort to your site. Dog treats for our dog. Amazing landscaping. Flat nice sites. We cannot say anything bad about this resort. We would definitely stay again! Perfection.

We are not sure how this "resort" received such good ratings. If you just need a place to stop, it is ok. But, it has lots of full timers with lots of cars and old trailers. The restrooms are clean, but old. The residents looked a little sketchy. They did not give us any trouble, but we did not want to make any new friends. It was relatively quiet overnight. It is way over priced. We paid less at a park on the way up here and we would have rated that true resort a 5. We did not eat at the restaurant. We would not stay here again.

This is not an RV park. It is a weedy gravel lot behind a motel. $25 for water and electric but no sewer connection. We had to clean up broken beer bottles around the site so we wouldn't have issues with our tires or our own feet. We would NOT stay here ever again. We would boon dock before staying here. The full time workers in the park leave at 5 am and wake you up. Then the semis parked in the motel lot start up. And finally the workers staying in the motel overnight start their cars. On the plus side you can walk to a casino if that is your thing.

This park is nothing special but is in a great location to visit Memphis. It is basically a large gravel and grass parking lot. However it is in a great safe area full of stores and restaurants and just about anything else you could need. There is a large farmer's market right next door. It is also very quiet for sleeping which we love. No amenities but we didn't care. We were only there to see Graceland, the Peabody Hotel, Beale Street, and eat some BBQ. All of those are fairly close. We would stay again if in the area.

Location, location, location. This RV park is not fancy but can fit your need for touring around Asheville. The location is great. It is right by the Blue Ridge Parkway, close to downtown Asheville, and close to the Biltmore. The sites are a bit tight since it is an older park, but there are a number of large motorhomes which fit in. There are a few full-timers, but most people seem to be travelers like us, so it did not bother us. There is a train nearby, but it did not bother us. We would stay here again.

The spot we had was great. It was right on a sliver of a bay. It was peaceful and we had our own dock to sit on. The beach is within walking distance. Our dog loved it. The sites are all paved and level. Our site was large but difficult to get in to due to a pole in the way. There are a lot of permanent residents but most sites are well kept up. It is a bit of a distance to Virginia Beach itself and shopping but if you like serenity and peace, you will like it.

On the positive side the location is great for visiting Williamsburg and the colonial triangle. Be wary of the weekends. There can be rowdy fisherman and lots of kids and there can be a lot of commotion. During the week in the fall it was very nice and quiet. We had a nice water view. But the roads need improvement and the site hookups can be strange. There is no cable and it was difficult to get a satellite signal due to the trees. We had to pay the nonresident price so without cable and without Wi-Fi and the weird hookups the price seemed excessive. There is a great bike trail nearby. If you are bringing a boat, this would be a good place to come.

The park is nice and the location is fairly central for what we were doing. The sites are too narrow and too short in our opinion. They also were not level. And we only have a 28 foot fifth wheel! There is no cable so between the lack of cable and the small sites we give it a 7. The W-Fi worked quite well on the positive side. We would stay if in the area again, but we doubt we will be back. The traffic is horrible in the DC and Virginia area to travel in an RV!

Amazing place. We only could stay one night. We would have loved to stay longer if we could. The showers and bathrooms were the best we had ever seen in the entire country. Amish country so there is lots to explore in the area. We would stay here again!

This is the only campground with full hookups near Morgantown. We were visiting friends so we had no choice. The owners do not keep the place up. The roads are very rough and there are trees everywhere along the roads so it is extremely difficult to maneuver your rig. The bathrooms were not clean. The laundry only has 2 washers and 2 dryers and there are a fair number of full timers so there should be more. Beware that there is no Verizon data coverage. There is Wi-Fi but it only works right by there office not in your rig. The full timers were OK, but the unit across from us had a stuffed sofa sitting outside. Unbelievable. Some of the people who stayed on the weekend were loud and so were their barking dogs All in all we will probably not be back. We would stay somewhere else without full hookups before going back here.
