Owner and staff are the loveliest folks have met in a long time, they made us feel right at home for a five night stay. Park does get some road noise from interstate, but the at home feeling of this park more than makes up for it. Beautiful giant hanging flower baskets all over, lots of grass, trees, gravel drives and sites, no dusty or dirt and friendly campers. Sites are bit close but still comfortable. Close to shopping, downtown and Bozeman has lots of culturally things too. Highly recommend

Very nice park - Staff welcomed us and made us feel right at home with a friendly family park atmosphere. They were having a ice cream social for Tricycle club and invited us to come join. We felt right at home on our first time stay and returned to stay two nights on our way back south. Park is clean, easy access, little or no highway noise though next to I-25. Sites are spaced nicely with grass, beautiful tall trees, lots of gravel, little or no dusty and other campers are friendly - Put this park on your list as an excellent place to stop and rest or spend some time.

Friend recommended we spend the weekend. Able to get a back in site on the river. Park is very clean, staff is friendly, helpful and social with campers. Enjoyed listening to the Boulder Stream, a blue ribbon trout river and watching the fly fisher people. They have fishing ponds, room for kids to play, a nice picnic pavilion. The town of Big Timber is very pleasant too. Excellent park, very worth the stop and stay a few days.

The park is located in older not so nice looking area on south side of Cheyenne with no close shopping. The entrance is tight and signage is not visible until right at the entrance. The appearance upon entering is pleasant, but is dusty, many work campers leaving very early running engines talking etc. The trees need trimming, and there is more dirt than gravel. The sites are extremely close better get your shoehorn out for the slides. Be sure to use an electrical surge protector. I will never stay in this park again.

Had stayed here back in 2005 and was not excited but this time the huge bushes around the park were blooming, the grounds were raked very well. Each space is divided by these bushes too giving privacy. They could use a lot more gravel over that dusty red clay soil, but it is the wild, wild west! Staff was gracious and friendly. Very impressed will return.

Stayed in this park back in 2005 and thought it to need freshening up. Well, someone else thought so too and this June stopped to only stay a night but the park is groomed, many neat setting areas through out with a work kamper staff that is fantastic. We stayed for several nights relaxing, found great little pizza place near college and the lovely smell of the pines with the cool nights was delightful. Hard to leave to the heat of the plains states and humidity of the southeast. Yes we will return even being a big pricey, but Flagstaff is a unique place everyone must visit.

The park is well cared for and pleasant. Read a booklet on Santa Rosa and it has a lot of interest to it with natural springs. We are planning on stopping again on our fall trip west and staying a few days. I wonder what birds will be migrating through then as we say many in June.

Have stayed here many times and love the staff and ease of park. We don't need a lot of frills and like the big wide sites. Have learned to use Central Avenue to get to shopping and other places. We feel at home when we stop here on our way between pestering our kids. Will always return

We stayed here back in 2005 and found the park to be much nicer then, though very pricey. This time in June of '09 we needed to be on the east side of Albuquerque to get some work done at a nearby shop is only reason we stayed here for two nights. Though staff is trying they seemed stressed. Park has many run down campers with junk around. I said $42 on rate, but it could have been more, whatever the rate it was way too high for the lack of everything. Took our little chihuahua out once to walk and found too much waste not picked up so would not take her out away from just beside our coach. I was sadly disappointed to see what could be a good placed to stay be sad. Will not return.

Cute and quaint this rv park sets in a tiny town on highway 287 just south of Childress, TX - The building is really an old cotton gin and has many antiques. They have a restaurant as well. Nice level pull through's with easy hook-ups. We stayed for one night and enjoyed the quiet peacefulness. I said $25 for night, but it may have been less, I don't remember. Lady in office was very pleasant. She had assigned us a space right in front of the restroom/showers which we never use, so she let us move down a ways and was good as she got another coach in which made it easy for those folks to use the showers. We'll stop here again and maybe can stay a few days and relax.

We stayed one night at the Denison Dam site next to the river on the south side to visit with a dear friend who has been work kamping there for a while. Easy to locate, glad we got there mid afternoon to get a space as this is a small area. Enjoyed a lovely visit with our friend. I noticed late at night there were folks parked along the road next to river playing music and stuff making me feel a bit uneasy. Our friend said there had never been any problems. We do not camp in state or national parks that much so it was more us than the those parked by the water. The whole area is huge and interesting. Area we were in was very clean, tidy. Sewer dump was very clean also.

Park is just to east of exit 151 and not so pretty, needing mowing and trimming. Driveways are bit rough. Couple cute buildings. Was only needing a quiet safe place for the night. Lady in office was so very pleasant and upon hooking up saw we had full amps on electric to my delight. If I'm ever going through the area and need to rest my head I'll stop but not sure of a longer stay. Did not hear the interstate noise, but I was a tired RVer.

Stayed for two nights and was not excited about park. Ads are not what is really there. Upon entering park there are flowers etc, but it is a huge gravel field with many full-time residents with lots of junk under/around their coaches. I was told they take extreme pride in their park when called for reservation, hum. Space was assigned did not give easy hook-ups nor leveling, I asked for another space but met confrontation from staff. I was not feeling good and it was getting ready to thunderstorm, making the whole situation not good. Was told to take space or leave it as they would not move me except to another smaller space between junkier older trailers with no shade at all. The work kamper man came and we finally got coach level so could reach sewer with long double attached hoses. Next to us on both sides were very junky trailers. At other end of park where I asked to be moved which was very level, cleaner was reserved for Big Rigs. Will never go back.

Excellent friendly staff. Park had been there a long time, but well cared for with beautiful trees, even has corn field for Aunty Em or Toto to scamper through. Roads are named after Wizard of Oz places which was so cute. We stayed several nights to visit with family in Overland Park. The city of Lawrence is wonderful and just down the street from KOA, lots of activities, good places to eat, shopping and for us 26 miles to our family. we had a thunderstorm which knocked out the power on a hot summer night, but the temps were comfortable and wondered if we were on a river to be so comfortable.

It is on the access road of highway 71,though don't hear much noise. They have these cute western buildings, a small lovely landscaped swimming pool. We stayed the night of the new owner's first day of ownership and they are just darling, having been RVer's for many years and finding just the right rv park they will be wonderful park owners. Previous owner was there and he helped us locate nursing home just behind rv park and we found my husband cousin, having a lovely visit. We stayed one night and if we did not have to go on we would have stayed a few more nights. Nevada is a small cute town, just a neat place to relax in a unique rv park. Yep, we will go back as owners are lovely.
