Like the other comments on this site, the campground is very steep. We walked down to the store and the other playground, and then had to walk back up. This was not too fun. Our site was up at the top of the park. Overall, I didn't have a problem getting my hybrid trailer up here. I pull it with a V8 Grand Cherokee. My 3 year old son really liked playing at the playground area. The pool was nice and clean. We were close enough that we just walked down there, so we didn't deal with parking. The few interactions that we had with the staff were pleasant and the camp store was well stocked like others said. I had to ask where the dump station was as it wasn't clearly marked. As for leaving, I put the truck in 4 wheel drive low range, and drive 1, and just idled down the hill. But like others said, it is really steep, and I could see your truck brakes heating up when heading down the hill.

The park was nice, but like others have commented, the sites are very small and very close together. Most sites lacked grass, they were usually gravel or dirt. The sites that had grass were seasonal sites, and most likely planted or brought by the renters. The site had several pools, including a wading pool and a pretty good playground. My son enjoyed all of these. The camp store was pretty small, and didn't have too many supplies. Interaction with the staff was pleasant and most seemed happy to help. The big thing that I found annoying was all of the golf carts that people use to get around. Maybe it was because we were on a corner lot, but it seemed like people were always going somewhere. It was hard to enjoy the quiet and campfire when golf carts with head lights were constantly passing by.
