Rio Vista Resort, Kingsland, Texas

Date of Stay: July, 2015 - $60.00
Overall Rating:

This place is far from being classified as a resort. The entrance to the park is nothing more than a mobile home park. The RV sites are stacked on top of each other with barely enough room to extend your awning. Parked next to us was a an old motor home with a window a/c unit boarded into to side window that had obviously been there for years. Parking is a nightmare, as boats, trailers, jet skis lined the street and every inch of space found. Although the staff were nice and helpful, we'll not be back. We camped at Rio Vista Resort in a Travel Trailer.

This was our first and definitely won't be our last stay at this RV Park. Grounds are exceptionally manicured, great dog park for our little ones, playground, pool, etc. The staff in the office was extremely helpful and courteous. Highly recommend this park!!! We camped at Travelers World RV Resort in a Travel Trailer.

Hill Country Cottage and RV Resort, New Braunfels, Texas

Date of Stay: September, 2010 - $41.00
Overall Rating:

We made reservations for ourselves along with another site for our son; however, upon check-in, we learned the reservation for our son was never entered in the system and the campsite adjacent to ours was occupied. The staff was quick to work with us to rectify the problem. I found the staff to be very friendly and helpful and have no complaints about our stay at the resort. The only suggestion I would offer the campground would be the addition of an outdoor pool. We camped at Hill Country Cottage and RV Resort in a Travel Trailer.

Skyline Ranch RV Park, Bandera, Texas

Date of Stay: August, 2010 - $22.00
Overall Rating:

We have stayed at this campground on three different occasions since December, 2009 and have had a wonderful experience each time. Host is normally working in the office and is always very friendly and helpful to us. The sites are absolutely beautiful and quite spacious. We look forward to relaxing in our lounge chairs and watching the deer, longhorns and best of all, the little donkeys in the pasture. The restrooms are always exceptionally clean and neat. This campground, by far, is our favorite of all the campgrounds we've visited so far!!! We camped at Skyline Ranch RV Park in a Travel Trailer.
